Malai Thai Kitchen — Restaurant in Oʻahu

We went about 645p on a Wednesday and it was pretty sparse, was able to order our food and waited about 10-15 min to get our to-go food. The place was very clean, new and the employees were all smiles. The food itself when we got home we're healthy portions for 1 person. It wasn't salty but the flavors hit just right. Not spicy but we don't like spicy so we were happy about that but I bet they could have increased heat if we wanted to. We got two plates, one veggie pad thai and one tofu pad thai - to-go. Loved it very much and glad this place came to Wahiawa shopping center next to Longs drugs store and O'Reillys auto. Also had a Thai coffee and it was okay, not the best but...

These shrimp in my pad Thai are the best shrimp I’ve had on island in six years living/eating on every single side..

The staff was friendly and a major pro was really nice to be able to make my dish vegan and have options when ordering online. This was the main pro of the restaurant, and I really appreciate that. Another major pro was the reasonable prices. the main con issue was that two of the orders that I ordered I ordered in medium and they came as hot. I ordered one dish as mild, and it came mild so that was good. Outside of that, Overall, The food was not bad, but not particularly amazing. Descent, fair prices but love...
