Wahiawā District Park — Attraction in Oʻahu

Ok I hope your ready for this ! I was informed that the wahiawa pool was open 😁 so I called the wahiawa district pool office no one answered there is like 8 # to try to call with . Not one was answered . So I had to drive with the price of gas now 😣 to the pool . There was a man named Scott that had a title of head of recreation. So I found out the pool staff all have covid so the pool is closed . #2 why is this pool open to anyone ? It should be for the town of wahiawa only with proof of residency only . This is why covid is spread . U have to should have to show that you were vaccinated. Why is there no one telling the public any information? Why is no one answering the phones explaining all of this? I'm sure there getting paid for not working or doing there job . Scott told me that there is a man that sits at this desk and he has never seen him bit people keep telling him that's someone's desk . Now if the staff has no idea who is working and who isn't how do they run an office ? By the way the place is a messy disaster!!! They should hire me to straighten this office out ! I was supposed to go out for tennis practice but my mate wasn't able to make it. I hung out here waiting for them and it was a pretty pleasant experience. I had a book open but I couldn't keep my eyes on it sometimes. Birds of different species were chirping. Local people of different groups popped up here and there. They all seemed to be getting along with their activities well. I enjoyed the half nature half urban sight. It was a moderately cloudy day today with some drizzle and sunshine. I could see the mountains, clouds, grass while also traffic flowing, a cozy restaurant in sight and just the wahiawa buildings. I was curious about what kind of rascal kid(s) did the graffiti. I spent a lot of time in this park when I was growing up. That was over 15 years ago and it seems that, for the most part, it's the same. I did see that they've redone the playground during that time, so that is nice. Also, it just so happens that the day I was there on vacation (a few weeks ago), the parks people were installing new benches and picnic tables, so that is nice.

My only complaint is that they will not allow people to rent the buildings for events. Parks in the mainland allow this, so I was a little disappointed. We still held our event in the park, but it would have been much nicer to have...
