I want to split this review in 2 parts. The first is the food and the next my own experience. Food wise, it was pretty good. I got the steak pho and my husband had the BBQ Pork Vermicelli. I liked the pho and it was like other pho places. Maybe a little bland but was perfect for me after I added chili oil and some Sriracha sauce. My husband said the pork was good too, but it was on the drier side. Nothing a little more sauce couldn't fix of course.

Now for my experience. We walked in and the restaurant is very clean, super nice wall art and decor, with plenty of seating for a Saturday afternoon. I originally wanted to dine in and brought my 3 kids (5 and under). The first comment I got was "that's a lot of kids". I don't think I heard a welcome, but it could've been me hyper fixated on that comment instead. I also was not offered a high chair for my baby, it was something I had to grab. No biggie, since I was doing it, but I've had other places offer and even ask how many I need. After wards my kids were eating some food they didn't finish in the car which is when we were made aware that no outside food. I wanted to use common sense, but I also didn't see a sign outside. The sign is located inside to the right of the doors, and I didn't notice until I was leaving in all honesty. I felt like this was being seen as rude on my end and i never try to be disrespectful, i just wanted my kids to eat and for me and my husband to enjoy a new pho place for us. I just felt like we couldn't dine in at that point so decided to make the order a to go. As I was paying the guy makes a comment about the kids not having it, to which I replied "I'm not having it". Again, I was already a little annoyed at the first comment made as soon as we walked in and i felt bad because I didn't use common sense and let my kids eat their outside food. So that's my experience as a mom of 3 little ones. I didn't feel welcome and I was embarrassed from not seeing the sign before letting them eat. I'm sure if you come here with no kids it'd be wonderful experience and you can enjoy the food without them. My only grievance is the sign could've been placed right out front as I've seen other restaurants do. They have a sign say "no outside food or drink" right at the front before you walk in and that probably would've helped half of my experience. Thank you if you read this far.

Edit: because the owner replied, I would never feed my kid on a menu. My youngest is 1 year old and has not refined her motor skills. She's barely learning to feed herself so as I sat next to her, she accidentally dropped a piece of food on the menu. I didn't mean to exclude that part but apparently that's what got the owner the most. I also want to apologize for that but it was honestly an error on our part. The rest of my review still stands. I just wanted to address I'd never feed my kids off a...

The place was empty and I think it was dinner break time for the employees. They were eating at a table while they gave me time to check out the menu and order. Not a big deal, everyone needs to eat and it was slow. What I didn’t enjoy was the fact that, after I ordered and was waiting for my food, they would say something to one another in another language then would look at me. EVEN THE DUDE WHO HAD HIS BACK TO ME. He adjusted himself to half face me then turned to stare at me. I felt so effing uncomfortable so I did what I thought would be the best route and stared back. I guess they got the hint cause they stopped doing that. It gave off weird vibes.

The guy who took my order was friendly and attentive. He’d refill my water in a reasonable amount of time after it was emptied.

I ordered an appetizer and pho with extra noodles. Came out to nearly $40 without tip. Wild prices in my opinion. The meat is thin and I felt like they skimp on the veggies for the amount...

I don't eat Pho, but I was told this place is probably one of the best.

Didn't order pho, but the rest of the food that was ordered, was pretty good.

I wanna give it 4.5 stars for a couple of dishes, but alas it's not possible. So 5 it is.

The garlic fried rice and the gyoza was alright, the flavor wasn't my preference, the textures were really good though, so that was ok.

The summer rolls were kinda super sticky, but still tastes good. Lol. Just hard to pull apart. Don't know if it was the humidity, but was sticky. Lol.

The spring rolls were awesome, bbq beef awesome, noodles awesome.

The steak was phenomenal. Soft, easy to chew, so flavorful, cooked perfect.

Tea was also very tasty.

They need to move themselves closer to town, keep the same chef, and make bank.

Only because they're so out of the way, but honestly it's probably worth the drive, for the food and service. The ladies there were very kind and very attentive.

Great experience, wish I...

LOVE!! LOVE!! LOVE! This isn’t the first time we’ve eaten here and my rating, on this place, is long overdue. I absolutely LOVE their food. If it doesn’t taste amazing to you, then you must be eating it wrong. Yes… There are certain ways to eating certain foods. 🤣 The spring rolls are a MUST-HAVE every time we order from here; and we usually order pho, as well, but today we wanted to try their Lemongrass Chicken and Pork Katsu. They did not disappoint. We love the Lemongrass Chicken and my picky eater (7 year old daughter) loves their pork Katsu. EVERYONE was well fed. THANK YOU! 🥰 P.S. I’m sorry about the photos. ALL dishes were partially eaten. I meant to take a pic before we dug in, but I completely forgot. Also, review is based off of Chamorro/Carolinian taste buds. 🤣
