McDonald's — Restaurant in Oʻahu

I've ordered a Local Deluxe with no spam, all Portuguese sausage, on several occasions, and was only charged the regular price, which is $8.29 now. So I arrived around 9am, and I tried ordering it. After ordering it the same way, I don't know why she kept charging me an extra $2.69 for the sausage. After asking her several times why I was being overcharged, she would change it and kept on charging me extra each time. It just wasn't registering in her brain. I thought to myself, is she messing with me? I was so frustrated with this girl, I told her to cancel my order, I don't want anything. Thank God the line ahead was quick. I was in the drive-thru an extra 2 minutes. I just wasted 10 minutes of my life in that line. I guess I can look at it this way. If I got what I ordered, I would've lost at least 10 minutes of my life eating it. Nails long lines and rude workers. If your hungry after 12am forget about going to Ewa Beach Mcdonalds. They take forever and you end up wasting 20 min of your life waiting for them to get it together. Drive to Jacks in Kunia...

Update 10/16/17.. Nothing has Changed.. I decided to come and eat something at McDonald's. Know that I do not eat at McDonald's ever or at least I try not to. However living in Ewa it is the only place that is open. Ordering my food was no problem. The cashier was pleasant she said thank you and welcome most importantly she got my order correct. Fast forward to the pick up window. A older lady with absolutely no personality. Why would you have someone like that dealing with customers? Maybe she should be cooking? McDonald's management you need to monitor your staff I'm sure you're well aware of this older lady and her actions and her lack of service and personality. That is a direct reflect on...

First time I've received this bad of service at a McDonald's. Granted, McDonald's doesn't have great service in general but it's never bad. I went here early morning though the drive through and when I paid it was fine, worker greeted me right away. When I got to the second window, I waited for 5 mins and nobody came to freer me. It was as if nobody was working. Frustrated, I went back around to ask the first worker what's going on and she told me that's somebody should be there. She then pages the person that should be there and sure enough, he just for there. So I then pull up and the manager is there and just says "they were still making it" UM HELLO!! THAT'S NO EXCUSE.
