Ohana Drive Inn — Restaurant in Oʻahu

Excellent Hawaiian & Oriental food. This is where the locals in Ewa go to eat. Not fancy, but clean, friendly and welcoming. No website and no menu on the web, but that's ok as it is an extensive menu with a large offering of take out for big parties of folks. Imagine shrimp or chicken noodles for 25+ people.

Not often you see the cooks preparing your meal and can say thanks to them after wards.

Read all the reviews before going and everything thing written was true and good. Hard to find as it is in a small shopping center that is not on a street but a side byway. I used Apple Map to get there.

Some locals came in and they knew we were Island visitors but all were happy to see us there. Food was very tasty and plentiful. The soup was really good. The shrimp chow mien was large tasty and so we shared it was so good. The Bar B Que chicken was really good too. The Chicken Katsu was even better and we loved the dipping sauce too. Had steamed rice but should have ordered fried rice instead, only a $1.25 more.

If you are in Oahu, Honolulu or Ko Olina or some other resort take the time to go to the Ohanna Drive Inn in Ewa Beach. Not a pricey over baked or phony "authentic Hawaiian" meal.

My family and I was returning home to celebrate the wedding of my 2nd oldest son. We wanted to do a family dinner the night before the wedding and were told that Ohana Drive Inn had good food. Well, the recommendation was right - the food was ONO and everyone enjoyed it. I was very impressed with their customer service - I reached out to them by email and phone prior to arriving home - they were always very helpful and kind. They were the same in person! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone wanting to eat delicious food, at a reasonable price, with great customer service ...

I rarely give a one star review. Could not find a redeeming quality about this place. I guess the lady at the front counter was decent enough. Kitchen looked very dirty, the cook touched all the food with his hands and then wiped his hands on a wet rag repeatedly that was just sitting on the counter. I ordered curry chicken and got fried chicken strips covered in in a green curry sauce. Not tasty at all.
