Boba♡Cafe — Restaurant in Oʻahu

I rarely write reviews and usually give people the benefit of doubt but the lady working there is the rudest person I've encountered in a long time. I made a phone order and when I came to pick it up, we must have misunderstood each other and I got the wrong slushie. I said I want strawberry slushy and she thought I want fresh strawberry smoothie and I wanted strawberry lemonade slushie. Given that I am allergic to diary, this was a BIG difference for me. However instead of acknowledging that a mistake was made she went off on me saying that's what I wanted and end of story and as I took the smoothie I didn't want out the door she didn't even say bye back and just rolled her eyes. I was ordering 5 drinks and 3 of them were supposed to be the same just a different size and sugar amount. Somehow she understood the first two right and not this one. Also I got yelled for not touching my order when I was saying that these drinks in front of me are correct. She was just the worst and not only did she ruin my slushie (that ended up in trash) but also my day. If you want to risk to have yours ruined then go ahead and go there, otherwise stay clear. I...

Totally agree with the gentleman below that said the lady was rude! Ken Eisner below also gave 1 stars for the same reason. Not sure why this place is so popular. 0 Stars if I could. Tried it once and will never go back. Maybe its due to the lack of other competitors in Ewa side but this would not make it thru a day near town. Boba tea taste is mediocre. Customer service is rude and terrible. Condescending manner when the owner takes orders. (I assume its the owner because someone would have fired her if she was an employee) I didn't do anything to her and i stayed nice thru out the order process, but she still talked down on me probably just because I look young. To the customer right after us, she was smiling and completely different attitude. I do admit the guy after me gave off a vibe that he wasn't the one you would want to fk with. Unbelievable, how this place is 4.4 avg. I'd give in a little more if the quality was god like or something but its actually not...

I don't know how I'm ever supposed to have another Boba after coming here.... I mean I dream about this place....I'm not sure I think they cast a spell on every person who enters so beware....you can't just go once...you'll think about it a lot...you'll remember it 4EWA! Haaaa get it Ewa...nah but seriously...

I can't tell you what happened to me...I'm permanently changed after drinking this Boba...so If you want more happiness if you dare....go here....and please post a comment on my review or message me and tell me I'm right....

Once you try this Boba...you won't want any other Boba..ok....enough said!

Ps...I had the strawberry cheesecake. My hubby had the Lava Flow.
