Update: I tried not to update this review. To be fair, I tried to go back multiple times before updating. Each time I ended up leaving before ordering. The wait is just too long. This is a slow easy going cafe. Not a place to grab a quick bite. If you have time and want to chill, I can still highly recommend. But if you want to grab a quick bite, I cannot recommend. The last few times I went in, there was no line. The girl behind the counter was working on making drinks for the people before me. Their drink making process is LONG and multi-step. Again, excellent if that’s why you’re there. But if you want to grab a yummy treat, the people in the back can’t/don’t help (or acknowledge) you - even when standing around and chatting (break time?). The person making the drinks doesn’t even seem to notice incoming customers. And you are just left to stand there waiting. And waiting. And waiting.
If they make an express line to grab the treats, I might go back. But until then, I don’t have the time it takes to stop in for a bite to eat.
And again. If you have the time, according to friends that love their drink creations - it is very worth the wait.
Previous review: Can’t wait to go back and try a fancy drink. So far have had the everything bagel with bacon and egg (yummmmmmm) and a jalapeño cheddar muffin (very good). Cute location in the Waialua Sugar Mill. Follow the signs and you’ll find it. Lots of parking and very...

Read moreI found this place on Instagram and was excited to try it out, and today I finally was able to. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the level of service during my visit. The employee appeared disinterested and unengaged, remaining on her phone while taking my order and continuing to do so even after processing my payment. There was no acknowledgment, “ thank you,” or any effort to provide a courteous farewell. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was evident, making the overall experience quite unpleasant.
I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich and the mochi waffle, which were both quite tasty and well-prepared. However, the coffee was very disappointing. I ordered a pistachio café latte. Its description was the following: espresso, milk, pistachio cream, vanilla, and pistachios (tiny bits), and there was no trace of pistachio or vanilla—just a faint hint of espresso overwhelmed by too much milk. It didn’t live up to expectations, especially compared to how enjoyable the food was.
I hope this review helps the business improve both their customer service and coffee preparation. I believe with better service and more care in crafting their beverages, this place has the potential to provide a much better experience for...
