My Pho Vietnamese Cuisine — Restaurant in Oʻahu

Unlike the many great reviewsII ordered a pick up order of 1x BBQ chicken Vermicelli and Vietnamese coffee. For the coffee, the whole cup was filled with ice; essentially making the coffee itself only 1/4 of the cup. Additionally it was not filled all the way. My BBQ Chicken Vermicelli came with so much rice and I don't think the BBQ Chicken was cooked fresh. I was surprised that it was filled with so much rice instead of noodles.

There were no green onions, peanuts, or bean sprout, which would have been nice.

The vegetables were lackluster at best with a pinch of sliced carrots, two thinly sliced cucumbers and a small slice of tomatoes with general chopped lettuce.

I regret to say it's experiences like this where I will not be a repeat customer, but really wanted to voice this as disheartening of...

The place was clean and well lit. The food was delicious... had the shrimp summer roll The peanut sauce was yummy.. got the BBQ chicken bahn mi for dinner... also a good choice... the service was excellent...people very friendly. My friend had the brisket pho... she said it was the best she's had...

Barely a month old and already has perfected the "little hole in the wall been here for years" vibe. Broth is just right. Chicken isn't dry. Pho add ins are fresh. Service kind, quick, and chill.

Twice in two days and will return...
