Great option for vegans and vegetarians!! Noods was recommended by a friend and we stopped here on a Wednesday evening after visiting the North Shore beaches. We were all hungry and tired when we showed up to the mall. Don’t be put off by the location - it’s great food! There were so many options - we ordered 4 different kinds of ramen broth and we couldn’t decide our favorite - it was a tie between the Creamy garlic and Tan tan! The location only does take out so we were handed a bowl with all the toppings (ramen, corn, nori, nori flakes, mushrooms) and another with the broth separately. You mix the two together and a few minutes later there’s a delicious ramen ready! Since this was our first time here, we went with the default, but next time, I plan to ask more of the corn and less of the Japanese spinach… (not sure if that is an option..) we also ordered the edamame and the garlic soy was soooo good, I added it to the ramen! There was a spicy powder included in the bag - not too spicy but had a little flavor! The only thing I would want to see changed is the serving format … there was so much trash generated from our dinner, I just found that hard to stomach :( Have to mention that we were three families eating out there, and the first two families had ordered and when the third group tried to order, they said they were out of broth and wouldn’t take the order. It was more than an hour till closing so we just found that a bit strange. They were also out of fried rice (that was a laminated sign that was taped over the menu) so maybe they do run out of things regularly…So, definitely call ahead and then show up??

Booth in Windward mall, flavor of the broth was very good. The noodles was at the perfect texture. I just wish the broth was a bit hotter in temp. I had the black garlic tonkotsu

Nice little ramen place at the mall. It was pretty good. The broth was tasty, noodles were just right, pork was well cooked. Overall, it was surprisingly good for a mall food place.

Both myself and my child have gotten food poisoning here on two different occasions. I really tried to give the benefit of the doubt that it was a different place but today just pinpointed it for me that it was definitely this place in particular. It's a shame cause the food tastes delicious but either the people preparing the food aren't probably being sanitary or the food itself isn't properly washed... I have no idea what it is but my child and I have been so sick and will probably never eat here again. I hope it changes or they start to clean more or check expiration dates or something cause...

I am not really a Japanese ramen noodle lover, maybe because I haven't tasted an authentic Japanese ramen yet. But one time am craving for something "soupy", I decided to try Noods Ramen. It looks yummy but I cannot decide which one should i order. So I asked the Auntie the details of the 3 ramen noodles and she recommended the Kimchi ramen for a start. I tried it and fell inlove with it. She said I should try the other best sellers too but I think I will stay with Kimchi ramen fir a while. So this is my go to Ramen noodle place whenever I am craving for one. Customer service is...
