Just simply a terrible experience. I made a pickup order for 7:30 and got there right at 7:30. There was no one to greet me and no one came out until 10 minutes of standing there with multiple other people standing there saying they had been waiting for 20+ minutes without being greeted. When they came out I told them I was waiting on my pickup order and they said they were a little behind in the kitchen and it would be another 15 minutes. Okay no biggie, thanks for the update. I waited another 20 minutes and got my first order. I was checking my order when i discovered that I only received 10 of my 20 wings and there wasn’t any sauce on them. They came out with my second order and I told the worker and he said let’s check and see if they’re in with this second order, they were not. So he took the wings back and got me new ones. While waiting, I checked my second order and the food was right but i didn’t get any of the sauce I ordered. Between the 2 orders there was supposed to be 6 ranch and a habanero sauce. i got 1 ranch and that was it. They came back out with my corrected wings and did not ask if there was anything else and just walked away. There was a women worker by the name of Elinor that came out to take an order over the phone. After she was done she asked if anyone was helping me which i then asked for my habanero sauce. She cut me off when i tried asking for my ranch and also my receipts which i had asked for originally but did not receive. she came back and gave me the habanero sauce, didn’t say anything, turned around and started walking away. i had to stop her to tell her i needed ranch and my receipts which she responded by rolling her eyes, not saying anything, and walking over to the register where she started angrily punching things into the computer. she then grabbed me 2 ranches when i needed 5 more but i was so fed up at this point that i just asked for the manager. she again did not saying anything and went and got the manger. he clearly did not care about his customers because he wouldn’t offer a resolution to any of my issues only that he would talk to his worker and he did not apologize to me a single time. there was another women waiting for her food over an hour in the lobby with me and he did not seem to care about her issue as well as he did not offer any solution besides going to check on it. terrible service, terrible staff, and terrible food. by the time we left the store our food was cold because it took so long to get the food fixed and the sauces we needed. i also realized when we got home that my garlic parm wings were very incorrect. about 15/20 of them looked like they were thrown in the fryer a second time to be reheated as they were overcooked. those same wings all were spicy and tasted like they had some sort of dry rub on it before being tossed in the sauce which i...

It was a Friday evening and they were NOT busy at all. I'd say 1/4 of the tables were occupied, it was almost oddly quiet for a Friday night with games going. We were seated immediately which was nice as I had my 4 year old and 8 month old dying for dinner.
We were seated near 6:40pm and placed an order for a sprite, a beer, a cocktail, the trio dip, potato wedges, and the kids tender/fry combo within the first 10 minutes of being seated.
20 minutes later the drinks, trio dip, and wedges arrived. Not my daughter's tenders though. The waitress apologized for the wait and said she would follow up with the kitchen, so she acknowledged the delay even before we did which shows me she sees the problem.
About 20 minutes after that she returned to check on us and we added one more beer, one more cocktail, a sandwich and a 10 piece boneless wing to our order. She didn't give an update on my daughter's tenders, we had to ask again.
20-30 minutes after adding the above items to our order it all comes out at once, but still no food for my daughter. On top of that, they incorrectly made the wings and gave us traditional. We sent them back and continued to tolerate this nonsense.
At this time it's 8:00pm and my daughter is utterly starving and continuously asking for her food, which was ordered at 6:50pm. It wasn't until now that they finally brought out her food, which was quite literally 3 small tenders and a handful of fries.
My husband expresses his frustration. While it wasn't the waitress's fault and we acknowledged that, we let her know how the delay for our child's food was beyond unacceptable, how the incorrect food is unacceptable, and we were so unhappy that we didn't even want their food anymore and just wanted to leave. She said we had to pay, but we didn't even consume any of the food as we are a family who waits for our children first. We asked for a manager and she said we still had to pay for the drinks which was fine, we did consume one beer and one cocktail and one sprite during that time, however she wanted to charge for unconsumed drinks as well. I want to reiterate they were NOT busy. The establishment was not loud, there was no excuse for the atrocious service we received. We asked for a manager and waited another 15 minutes before finally leaving and heading to the restaurant across the way and was served everything we ordered within 30 minutes.

Then the boneless wings were mostly fried batter without chicken in them. We ordered 3 entrees. I ordered first and by the time she got to my son, I asked if I could switch from wedges to fries and she said it was too late. She already placed the order on her iPad. Ok so you cant walk to the kitchen and switch it? Ok. Anyway the chix salad was the first to come out and of course my dad tried to wait till all of us had food to eat before he started. The burger came out next. We asked the server how much longer for the chix sandwich since it had already been 15 min from when the salad was dropped. She said food comes out as it’s ready. I explained we came to eat as a family so that would have been nice to know ahead of time. I told my family to just eat. Another 10 min later and after my son finished his burger, my chicken sandwich finally arrived. It and the burned wedges were cold.that was it. The server never once checked on us, never apologized even after expressing disappoint with the food coming out at different times and honestly just didn’t didn’t seem to care. Asked to speak to a manager and finally someone who was helpful. Both my father and I are in the hospitality industry and this was incredibly painful. I have never not tipped. Most of the time it’s not the servers fault. But this was a situation I just could t leave a tip. Asked for the bill while my card was in hand. Server dropped it and walked away.
