Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Oʻahu

I order my pizza with extra toppings, mushrooms to be exact. When I opened the box I noticed the mushrooms weren’t cooked. I called them to let them know and they said that they use can mushrooms now and it’s not the same as before. I told them it’s fine but the mushroom's weren’t cooked. You could literally see that the cuts on the pizza were under the mushroom but not through the mushroom themselves. They kept saying that the can mushrooms sit in water so it’s gonna cook differently. I mean tell me what you think (picture included at the end). They told me they can remake me another pizza but I have to return the pizza they gave. My order was $85 in total with a $10 tip. So in total I had to wait 2hr+...

Placed an order two separate times. 1st time got address and number incorrect. 2nd time put down pick up instead of delivery. Very, very unhappy about this company. Cannot even get an order on the phone correct. Giving 1 star was reaching. Its unfortunate that they probably won't even read or do anything to help change the process or reach out to their customers to resolve issue. Maybe when more people stop patronizing them and go to other pizza establishment s who give better customer service , will they actually start to listen. Too bad. Worst ever pizza hut place. I waited way too long for my order. I had to come back TWICE and even after 40 mins, my pizza wasn't even ready. Worst of all, there was a guy there who I think his name is Romeo and he just kept on talking to the employees instead of making sure my order was done. Just standing there with like three other people with him and they were in a group just standing and talking. Why are they even at work if they can't even do their jobs. Two pizzas take more than 40 mins??? And they couldn't even compensate for it. Just standing there, talking, talking, talking doing nothing. Never...
