Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Oʻahu

I don’t like to leave bad reviews. I try to find the positive and expand from there, but in this case I’m unable. I give this place a 2 stars due to the pizzas arriving hot and nothing was missing. Also the delivery person was nice, polite, and professional.

I ordered through the mobile app and was directed to Mililani Pizza Hut. There was nothing I could do to redirect the location. I’m usually directed to the Waipio location on the web.

This was my first time dealing with Mililani and I was disappointed.

The 2 pizzas had 2-3 inches of crust. Where as, I’ve gotten my pizzas with less than 1 inch of crust at different locations—even in other states! I should have taken a pic!!

I guess there’s no quality control in place. If you have your pizzas delivered from here beware you’ll be taking a chance at getting a subpar pizza.

UPDATE: Since this review, Pizza Hut got in touch with me and refunded me for the pizzas. I’ve been assured their food quality would be great again and it has! All the pizzas I’ve ordered since has...

We ordered hut lovers at 10:15pm and waited till 11:22pm we got a call from a Pizza Hut employee letting us know that another delivery guy had taken our pizza. So, they had a different person deliver our pizza who was through doordash. His name was Alain. They then, had to make a new pizza. In result, me and my family had to wait longer for our order to come through. The delivery guy got here at around 12pm, my daughter had answered the door and she had mentioned that the bag that the pizza was in, was on the floor. My daughter didn't say anything to the delivery guy thinking it was nothing but once we had opened up the pizza, we found the toppings scattered all over the box and most of the pizza toppings were off. Absolutely the worse customer service and food quality served. We ordered a large super supreme with extra onions picked up the order and found it had no onions. To make it worse their employee "Meadow" attempts to fool us by saying yes there is onions on our order but we can see it because they put the onions on first then cover it with cheese. This is the 2nd time this has happened and the last we will not patronize a store that can't get your order right and have employed lie about the mistake. Really sad, this was our go to pizza place.
