Teddy's Bigger Burgers — Restaurant in Oʻahu

I ordered online for pickup today from the Kailua location and was incredibly upset with my order. Half the order was completely incorrect. I received a different burger than what I ordered, and instead of getting garlic butter fries I received sweet potato fries. I should have checked my order before leaving but with the current state of things I was just trying to get in and out as quickly as possible. So, that’s my fault for not checking but then again I really shouldn’t have to double check to make sure the order I payed $40 for is correct. I called when I got home and learned my order was not correct and they did refund the part of my order that was not correct which I appreciate. When my husband went to start eating his burger, the avocado was almost completely brown and rotten looking. He didn’t even want to eat it because it looked so past it’s date. We finally started eating and about three bites in we both get sick and start throwing up. It’s clear that the meat on our burgers was expired. It wasn’t undercooked so it had to have been past it’s date. We’ve been eating in since the stay at home order began but decided we wanted a treat today and were hoping that Teddy’s would be that treat. I get that accidents happen but using expired products is unacceptable! You’ve lost all future business from us and anyone we talk to about...

Went to this location for the first time with my grandkids and definitely should have just went somewhere else. We waited around 15 minutes for our food (which was ok because it was a little busy) but when they brought out the order it was wrong. They brought me the wrong burger and it had cheese on it (lactose intolerant so I definitely made sure I said no cheese) We ordered fries and tater tots however they forgot that too. After waiting another 15 minutes for them to fix the original burger I ordered which looked like it was thrown together from what was left in the pan, they still forgot to bring out my tater tots. I wanted to ask for my money back but I had waited this long so I tried to give them a third chance. We had all finished eating including me who got my burger 15 minutes after everyone else & what do you know the waiter brings the tater tots. 🙄 That’s not even the good part… when I got home I start feeling ill & spent the rest of the night with a upset stomach and vomiting. (I am sure the burger made me sick because the last time I ate that day was breakfast that morning. We stopped to eat here at approximately 5:30ish p.m.) Needless to say I will never eat here again nor recommend it to anyone. I gave them 2 stars because my grandkids didn’t have...

This Teddy's Burger Location has terrible service. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of management and attitude these workers have. This was a few weeks ago.

When my fiance called over the phone to place a take-out order someone picked up the phone, when doing so, she proceeded to interrupt my fiance WHILE ordering to speak to her coworkers. They were laughing and chatting with one another. So my Fiance said "hello" and she then said "May I put you on a brief hold" so he said "okay" and 7 mins went by and THEY HUNG UP. He expressed that he was starting to lose his patience. I called their store back and they wouldn't answer. So I went somewhere else.

Today, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking they might've had a rush the last time, so I ordered again. I tried door dashing my order and I got an email from Door dash saying that Teddy's Canceled my order, so my Fiance drove by the store in Kailua because I work close by and there was NO ONE there.
