The Beach House — Restaurant in Oʻahu

Came in on Wednesday night for some drinks and food, while on vacation. There were limited options in Kaneohe for local places but this place looked cool. There were only about 5 people in the place when we arrived but no open stools at the bar, so we sat at the closest table to the bar. There were no servers, just one bar tender and she never greeted us, asked if we wanted a menu or informed us that she would take our order at the bar... nothing. After attempting to order 3 different food items we were told they were out of at least 50% of the menu.. 8/15 items were not available... then to top it off they were out of pineapple juice and couldn’t make 50% of their specialty cocktails either. After trying to order 3 different drinks the bar tender just made a random drink and charged us the price of a specialty cocktail even though we didn’t order it... we ended up leaving hungry and going to a popular chain restaurant next door and had a much...

The food was good but spoiled by the service…we made reservations months ago anticipating a return fabulous visit. Instead we were told to stand on the side lawn with our drinks before our reservations and kicked out of the lawn chairs waiting on our reservation with the excuse that the area was reserved for walk ins. Another party of 10 was also sequestered to the other lawn to stand around a cocktail table while the lawn chairs remained empty! Seriously? Treat your patrons with the respect that they deserve who took the time to make reservations. Not sure we...

I hosted my wedding after party at The Beach House and we had a ton of fun!

I worked with Relda Enos to have the bar from 10PM-2PM in January and it was the best decision

It made our special day so memorable and fun and also let us let loose with our friends while enjoying great food and drinks in such a fun atmosphere.
