Wili Wili's Shave Ice Haven — Restaurant in Oʻahu

I was standing right in front of the window to order but could not find anyone. Asked a lady who was standing in that cafe and she said she is not a owner but the owner of thai restaurant that is in one building so i waited about 10min in the sun. Still no one is taking an order. Went somewhere else to see if other places sell shave ice and came back in two minutes. And saw other family were standing at the window. The lady who said she is not an owner started taking their order!!!!! And the other guy who seems like an owner came. He was actually eating in that thai restaurant while i was just standing and waiting without ant clue where the owner is. I mean if she could take an order why didnt she take my order?? I've tried a lot of shaved ice places on the island but this one was by far the best. The other places get all the hype but this place has larger sizes and better prices. Highly recommend this place.

Update January 2018: we recently returned to Wili Wili’s expecting the same great shaved ice we have had in the past but were disappointed. The price has increased since last time and it’s more expensive than most other places. They have a surcharge if you use a card as well. The shaved ice is still large but when you get to the middle it is just white ice. Just another average shaved ice stand...

Completely worth it

The outside and even inside doesn't look great, but the shaved ice is SOOO GOOD. Got mango, blue hawaii, and strawberry (ended up as a full rainbow with 6 colors) and ice cream on the bottom. My biggest fear of shaved ice is the texture and lack of flavor, but the texture is GREAT and the flavor is AMAZING. Not too sugary and pretty varied flavors all around.
