Arby's — Restaurant in O’Fallon

Staff was friendly. Fries were cold and soggy, obviously had been sitting in the hot hold bin for longer than they should have. We ordered 2 large dries and botg were this way - we ate a few and threw thw rest away. I ordered the turkey bacon ranch wrap combo and it came slathered in honey mustard - tried to wipe the mustard off the wrap but there was so much it couldn't be saved. Tossed that too. The roast beef sandwich was hastily assembly and half the meat was wrapped up alongside the Bun in the foil. Husband ate it after microwaving it - wasn't even luke warm after our 10 minute drive home. Not the stores fault but the cinnamon Caramel shake is gross.

First time to this restaurant, which is very nice, clean, service at the counterand few minute wait while cooked my sandwich fresh but got home found I had ordered a large fry but was not in bag with sandwiches, somehow must have hurried through getting order bagged and then waited for the sandwich or mind on other things but did not get the order I paid for, was not happy about that. Staff needs to check the order before giving it to the customer only to get home very hungry and IN COMPLETE ORDER. After waiting several minutes at the drive-thru speaker(was told to please hold), my order was taken. As you can see on the receipt, I tried to order French Dip with dbl meat. Since they only had 6oz meat left instead of the needed 8oz, they chose not to sell the 6oz at a discounted rate and just sell a 4oz sandwich. Why not sell me the 2oz at half the cost of dbl meat? I asked and was told ‘no’. Saving meat for the next day? Does Arby’s have any 2oz roast beef options in which they could have sold the product tonight?
