Price deception and rude manager. When I ordered my basket I asked if onion rings were an option since the menu showed that the basket includes sandwich + side + drink and onion rings were listed on the menu as a side. The guy on the speaker stated that yes, they were an option without informing me there would be an upcharge. When my $8.50 meal turned into an $11.00 meal I asked about it when I got to the window. The lady stated that it was in fact an upcharge to which I responded that I had asked when ordering and was told it was no problem. The manager came to the window and started yelling at me that it was on the screen when I ordered. Seriously yelling! She was saying that they are a premium side and it showed up on the screen. I told her that it didn't show on the screen, that the menu didn't show that they were premium, and that I had asked the guy and he said I could get them. She continued to yell at me about it being on the screen and at that point I realized we were getting no where then mumbled something about them sucking (not my finest hour but if I'm going to tell the story I will be fair and point out that I was no angel either) and dropped it and pulled forward to wait for my meal. Once I received my meal I pulled around to the back and watched the screen when a couple of people ordered. Surprise, their order did not pop on the screen either and the total popped up only after they drove away. Read moreVERY disappointed in the service tonight - 09.30.22. Line was moving slow, as it will on a Friday night and placed our order at 7:15 pm. Waiting patiently in line for 10, 15, 20, then 25 minutes as other customers got their orders. Never a word or glance from any of the order runners - eventhough I was at the front of the pickup line. Finally, after 35 minutes of waiting for a Tenderloin sandwich, double cheeseburger, fries and onion rings, the order arrived. Runner didn't even apologize for the wait. When I asked for the manager's name, the response was "I don't know." She then turned and walked away. I then went inside, after having to wait for the dining room doors to open - it closed at 7 pm due to staffing issues - so I could talk to a manager. Had to show the manager where the order time was on the receipt and only explanation I got was "they didn't have their best people working tonight." Manager asked if I wanted the order remade as it was lukewarm at best. Advised, no, I didn't want to have to wait another 30+ minutes to get our food. Finally, was begrudgedly offered a refund with a weak apology. Always loved going to this Culver's location, but will have to seriously reconsider spending $$ there, especially with cheeseburgers at $6.39 a piece. Read moreGotta tell you this place has gone downhill. Went in to order and the first thing they said was it’s going to be at least 20 minutes. Said ok as we weren’t doing anything else. I ordered a mushroom burger basket. I wanted fries and the soup. They rang it it as a substitute for frys. I then got the burger and it had no mushrooms on it at all. I went back to the counter and the girl looked confused that I wanted mushrooms on a mushroom burger. She asked the kitchen did you put mushrooms on this and the said yes I did. I said look again and he reluctantly put them on. Wife got some onion rings with her fish basket and the onion rings were so thin you thought you were just eating breading. She got root beer and the syrup was running out and she told the counter people and they responded, I don’t know how to do that. As I was looking around the place was dirty. The Dining room guy looked like he was just picking up off the table but not wiping them down. It will be awhile...
