Dunkin' — Restaurant in O’Fallon

I've been a regular at this location for years because it's the closest location to my house. Before the last few months my order was CONSISTENTLY messed up... Wrong milk, forgot the sweetener, asked for no ice and they gave me extra ice, etc. The workers were friendly, but weren't great at their job. HOWEVER. They must be under new management lately, because the moment they hired on these new workers a few months ago, I've had a night and day difference in service! My order has never once been messed up, I've never waited more than 3-5 minutes for my drink, and every single one of the workers goes above and beyond for all of their customers! I recently forgot to order milk with my drink and the worker saw it on my face when he handed it to me and asked what was wrong, I was willing to just take my drink home and add milk when I got there because it was my fault, but he immediately said "Let me fix it!" And immediately fixed my drink and had me try it to make sure it was right. Another time I ordered on the app literally seconds before arriving at the window, and they already had my drink ready and in hand out the window by the time I arrived. Now, whenever I go out, I will go out of my way to get coffee at this location because I am so impressed with their service and friendliness....

I’m usually not the type of person to share a bad experience through a review, but this Dunkin’ location has really frustrated me on my last few trips.

I have ordered the same beverage for the better part of a year now, and for the past few months, the drink has been incorrectly made by this location only. I know Dunkin’ is kind of infamous for inconsistent drinks, but other locations when I’m not in the area don’t have any trouble getting my iced coffee pretty spot on. My order comes with 1 pump of mocha swirl, and every time I order it at this location, I receive what looks to be chocolate milk. On my last visit, I asked if the drink only had 1 pump of mocha, and I was met with a short reply from the employee that the drink was made correctly. Followed by a shut drive thru window in my face.

Also, every iced beverage there is filled top to bottom with ice, so don’t expect a lot of actual product for your money. The donuts can be dry, and some are frequently out of stock, so I would try your luck at the QT...

Had the worst experience, went through drive-through to order my donuts and coffee after my order was done, they forgot to turn off the mic and called me annoying, which I did nothing wrong beside asking what type of cream filling donuts they have. I was super nice saying thank you and please. Well I let that go when I went to pick up my order, my large coffee was half filled after asking them why I’m I paying for a large and receive a medium drink, managers reply was this is what you get we don’t fill up the cups. Staff was rude and manager as well. I have the whole conversation recoded with my dash cam to report them. I’m still surprised that they still have the rude manager and the girl that called me annoying still working there. Be careful with your drinks, they don’t fill it up. And manager told me she heard what she said but they can’t do anything about it because they are low in staff. If that is the case teach your employees how to treat people...
