Been with this bank for thirty years have checking 2 savings cd and business accounts plus a mortgage so they are making plenty of money from me had a problem with an online purchase that I had placed an order then canceled it less than 2 hours later got a confirmation that they received the cancelation then they charged my card anyway tried to settle it with the company with no results get ahold of the bank to try to get help get my money back and they told me sence I approved the purchase they will not help even no I canceled the order before it was processed never ask for help before most people would be glad to help a long time customer I will be changing banks as soon as possible been doing some looking and first community bank is offering me 5 percent on my cd and 5 percent on my savings to transfer to them on my regions cd I make 33 cents every three months and nothing on savings but if you don't keep enough in your account then they charge you a fee all I wanted was help getting my money back and nothing so good luck to regions bank I will be transferring my accounts as soon as possible thanks for nothing...
Read moreI have been a customer here since they bought out the old bank, and I have been satisfied, however, they are failing badly with customer service now. About 3 weeks ago, I went to drop a deposit in the night drop, I had to use all of my force to get it open and I smashed a finger. No big deal, but I called to let them know about the problem, I had to hold a long time, because you have to call the national number and then they transfer you, I got a hold of the manager, told him about the problem and the fact that no supplies had been out there for months, he was unconcerned but said he would get it fixed. I said thanks and before I hung up, he thought I was gone and I heard him making fun of me for complaining, I then said loudly, you should be more concerned with fixing the problem, he realized I was still there an apologized and said he would get it fixed by the next day. Well, here we are, about 3 weeks later, went to use it last night, it is still broken, no supplied and it is filthy. NO EFFORT WAS MADE TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM. Read moreI have had no issues except just today. I check my bank account and I see a charge for 59.99. Curious. I did not buy anything recently for 59.99. I go online and see it says "microsoft xb" I'm guessing that means xbox. And Xbox live cost 59.99. But guess who does not and never has used Xbox live. Me. I did not purchase this. Now here is the kicker. I have a debit card saved in my Xbox so I can rent movies. I have not rented movies in so long that I have a totally different regions checking account with a totally different Debit card now days. I research and look and I see that my OLD card that was on my OLD account was charged and I never was the one in the first place to attempt to buy this. Now I have been on hold to speak with somebody for 40 minutes FOURTY MINUTES!!!!! I am writing this whole thing while STILL ON HOLD!!! I need to resolve this. I need to get this fixed. This is fraudulent. I need answers. I need my money back. This is ridiculous. Who allows an old account and an old canceled debit card to charge do my current account? Is this what regions...
