Definitely not worth one star!! Ordered in the drive thru 5:07pm. Spent almost $30.00 for two meals. I think I could have got a better meal at McDonald’s!!! Yuck Place order and drove to window. Did not get greeted for 5 or so minutes. When the kid came in to sight he was playing on his phone. Took my money and gave me a concrete that was pretty well melted. Then handed me my change and bag of food. He did ask if I would like ketchup and I said yes please (just a couple). So he put something in the bag and then started making my soda. Kind of backwards. On to the food….fries were fresh but had been fried in old grease and tasted like fish. The burgers were cold and the cheese was dried to the burgers. I believe between two burgers there was a whole onion!!! Buns were stale and instead of ketchup in the bag it was jalapeño sauce. Fries and burgers had so much seasoning we could not eat the food. This was so disappointing. We love Freddy’s. The worst food I have ever had and not impressed by the service. Seems like the workers that Monday evening certainly did not care about doing a good job...

I had to complain to the two young men who prepared my wife's $3.80 (8-10 oz.) Vanilla Oreo Peppermint Shake (grossly overvalued), twice, and returned the product, and we still did not receive what was advertised!!!:( My plain Vanilla shake (8-10 oz) was $2.00!!!:( (again, highly overvalued) After two failed attempts to get what we ordered right, I finally complained to the manager who remade the product correctly.
However, even though the manager offered to refund my money our on the two shakes, which I accepted, I told her that I was still not satisfied because of the deceptive and false, bait-and-switch tactic used by Freddy's and their employees, and I told the young manager, "I'll see you in court with my attorney!" She said. "You won't see me!" Then I said, "Well, I'll see someone in court!"

I'm pretty sure if my drawer was $20 short at the end of my shift I would be thanking someone that was honest.
When we ordered custard we waited 15 min and still hadn't received our custard. It was not super busy so it should've been done. I asked at the counter when we would get our custard only to find it had been sitting on the counter melting for quite a while. Then the man I spoke to blamed us for not hearing them call our number (which they didn't call). He offered to remake them, and as I walked away I heard one of the girls state that they had not called the order. Once the 2nd order was ready I was called up to get it. It was your mistake why could it not be brought to our table with an apology?? When I picked it up no one even recognized me or apologized, I simply took the custard.
