This location was probably nice when it opened many years ago. In need of a facelift (in many ways) it’s reminiscent of the opening shots of a Gordon Ramsay episode. The tea was metallic and very strong, turns out the same container is used sometimes for coffee. Maybe that’s why the taste was off, maybe not. Don’t order the iced tea Service was very slow, especially for a restaurant that’s only 1/4 full. Your other drinks will only be replaced or refilled if you track down a server. Tables seated before us were still waiting for their food even after ours came out. Another table that was seated after us eventually got up. We tried the chicken bolognese which comes with a gelatinous yellow/green sauce. The side of pasta had about an inch of water in the bottom. The chicken parmesan sandwich comes with dry chicken that is either overcooked or sat under a heat lamp for too long. Neither the red meat sauce nor the yellow/green bolognese sauce tasted fresh. Most likely from a can? For a chain that models itself as a better option than Pasta House, this location is lacking. We won’t be back.

Absolutely excellent service!! Attentive wait staff and bussers. Waitress was friendly and very good at taking care of our family of 7. Very nice ambiance... darkened room for evening dining. Clean. Family and couples friendly. Outside patio too. Casual. Great prices. Food was wonderful!! Prepared quickly and brought to the table hot. Spinach artichoke dip was wonderful with crispy crostinis. Pasta dishes are very generous- Tuto marre was prepared perfectly as was the cajun pasta. Chicken parmesan was wonderful too. House salad is actually creamy ranch..different for an Italian restaurant. They do have Italian and good poppy seed dressing. Pizza is traditional st louis style and very good. Full bar. The gooey butter cake was absolutely, melt in your mouth. You can get ice-cream with anything and thr warm brownies were great. Will definitely go back!! Well done!!

Disappointing. Patio was kinda run down. They must have been understaffed because our server couldn’t keep up and she was running. She was very pleasant and apologetic so we gave that a pass and tipped well anyway. A gentleman came to the table behind us with a tray and asked them if any of the food looked like what they ordered…. It didn’t so he went to the next. Didn’t seem like the best practice with the COVID surge. Food was meh….chicken in the Chicken Piccata was a bit dry and over cooked probably because it wasn’t thin cutlets, but the sauce and pasta were good. Lasagna was made with provel instead of mozzarella or ricotta. If you are from this area you won’t see a problem with that but most others do. Overall not what we were hoping for.

Normally, I have nothing but good things to say about your restaurant in Winghaven. Unfortunately, this is not going to be a good positive message, but it is one that you need to read . I don’t know if you’re aware that you are overcharging for many of your items that are on your menu for instance a martini that says it’s nine dollars on the menu is ringing up as $10 …. Alon the side order of linguine which is $5.99 is being overcharged as a child’s meal for $7.99 and the waitress is saying there is no way of her ringing up the side order of the $5.99 linguine found on the menu. You may also wanna know that your bartender makes chocolate martinis with root beer schnapps!!! No, I am not kidding! I got my martini and I said there was something VERY wrong with it and I couldn’t pinpoint what but I could not drink it and they took it back and I ordered a glass of Pinot Grigio wine. The waitress tried to charge us for the martini i sent back /the chocolate martini even after the bartender had came to our table to apologize and say that she made a mistake and that she accidentally put the root beer schnapps in because the bottles were right next to each other that she needed to grab. So we got charged $7.99 instead of $5.99 for the side of linguine. We got charged $10 for two of the appletini that my daughter ordered instead of the nine dollars But it said on your menu….. and the waitress attempted to charge us for the $12 chocolate martini instead of the $7.00 glass of Pinot Grigio that was drank . When we tried to talk to the waitress about the difference in prices that we were being charged comparing to what was on the menu. She was very rude and confrontational. She acted like she was going to do us a favor by taking off the kids linguine for $7.99 That left only an overcharge remaining of three dollars that we paid that we should not have done . You really need to not change the prices in your computers until you change the prices on the menus. I don’t want to accuse you of bait and switch because I believe this was an innocent accident that someone changed the computers-without the menus being done at the same time. ( not understanding whatsoever on why you even have the side of linguine still on your menu if you don’t have it where they can put it into the computer ) We did catch the mistakes, but I’m sure there are plenty of people who are being continually charged more than they think they are paying. I think that it was important to let you know what happened. I will tell you that your Chicken Bianca was absolutely amazing…. but the side order did not have absolutely any meat in the sauce whatsoever. It was definitely not as good as what I have experienced since 2006 when I first started coming to Massa’s . Normally you have managers in there & unfortunately I did not see a manager in there tonight. Your manager used to be Kurt, and that was for many many years and then it was a taller , slim guy. I don’t know his name… But I did not see any managers in there this evening, handling any of the issues and unfortunately this woman that was our waitress seemed very confused and inexperienced & we left upset about the entire evening. I hope you’re able to handle all of this and fix it because you will lose customers as they begin to discover they’re being overcharged and no one likes to deal with the hassle . I hope you can handle this in a timely fashion before you...

Made reservations. Arrived a few minutes and seated in a hot corner, with not enough chairs. When I asked for another, she seemed annoyed grabbed from another table just handed it to me. 15-20 passed before someone offered water. Then came and got drinks. Another server came and asked for drinks and I said we have them (9 cups now on small table.) Took app order, but out of calamari. Came back and got order. Then we asked about our wings to be BBQ(because she didn’t ask), she said I’ll check. Then came back and said they haven’t started so. Then 45 mins after sitting, they offered bread and butter. Finally apps came and food. We were told, glad she got it in, because it’s an hour wait in the kitchen now. An hour later we got food. My steak was very rare. Out chicken strips were rubbery and Burnt to crisp, not edible. We got the chicken comp’d. However that took another 10 mins. Tried to enjoy a nice dinner with family and my mom, and it was terrible. Waitress was nice but blamed large parties for the problems. If your kitchen or staff can’t handle your restaurant and parties then don’t. There were only 6 of us. It...

Not sure where to start. Stood at the front 4x4 box waiting area for almost 15 min before someone came over to see if anyone was waiting, since there is a “please wait to be seated”

Opted to sit outside because of the nice, chilly fall weather. They didn’t have any heaters on. Only turn those on per request….odd, but whatever.

Seated with no napkins, no silverware, no plates…just menus. Sat for probably 20 min almost without any sort of recognition. No bread was brought out. Use to bring bread out while you glanced at the menu but apparently that’s too much of a task.

Someone finally came over and took our drink order but we figured we might as well order food now too before we never saw help again. Thank god we did.

We both ordered fettuccine. It came out looking like it was made a day prior and they tossed it in some cream and served it. Very bland. Luke warm.

Probably sat for 20 min waiting on our waitress to come pick up our payment. Walked inside to pay and still couldn’t get help.

Patio is rundown. Service is absolutely terrible. Food was mediocre to say the least.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE OLD...
