The food was good (tasteless rice), but the service was terrible. We thought we would try something new for Mother's Day because we saw the coupons in the Flash Flyer, along with an offer for a free drink for Moms on Mother's Day. What a cluster. They first told me I couldn't get my drink and use a coupon. After I questioned them, the manager agreed to honor the free drink coupon(for my daughter) and the free Mother's Day drink (for me). Everything seemed ok, but she proceeded to charge me for my drink anyway after the 5 of us ordered. I pointed it out and then she argued about it, even though she had agreed to do both. Her next trick was trying to convince me to use the $5 off $30 (we spent about $75) instead of the free drink coupon (worth about $6). Overall, we found the food to be ok, but overpriced with rude employees. Honestly, we were not impressed and will spend our money elsewhere in the future. By the way, they don't have any water or soda option available. $6 boba or nothing. I will be surprised if they...

Absolutely delicious with so many choices to make it your own. They run a business like a business should be run. They make the customers always feel like they are appreciated. I got a salmon bowl once and when I got home I discovered there was no salmon. I called and they offered to make me another bowl and apologized, they didn't act like it was an inconvenience for them, they were truly sorry. Because I live a little further away, they said they'd comp my next bowl. Last night I tried to call in my order to remind them that one of my bowls should be comped, but they were having phone issues. However, they saw that I had placed an online order, and they called me to say they were going to comp my one bowl...I didn't even need to remind them, and that's how you do business and keep customers!!!
