Murphy's Village Pub STL — Restaurant in O’Fallon

This was was my boyfriend and my first and last time ordering food from this establishment. Highly disappointed with there food and customer service. We ordered 1 order of trashed wings, an order of regular wings with their house made sesoning on the wings, VOODOO salad with grilled chicken, and a chicken bacon ranch wrap. The salad was a salad. The wrap was just it. A wrap... nothing to scream from the roof tops about. The trashed wing were white as if they were flashed fried without ANY seasoning, or hotsauce on the TRASHED WINGS!! More like "throw it in the TRASH WINGS"! My BF did end up eating one of them and was sick as ever all night long... They looked utterly disgusting. We reqested to speak to someone to rectify this issue and we were notified the owner is the only manager, but yesterday, when we ordered the food, a man took down my BF's name and number just to find this information about no manger today..! Side note:My BF did end up eating one of them, and he was sick as ever all night long.. Let's do better...

I met a friend of mine there for a late dinner around 6:30-7:00 pm. We ordered our food and drinks as in water and a soda. I ordered the slaw and asked if it was creamy or vinegar based, was told creamy. After looking and then taking a bite determined it was vinegar based, So okay. I ate half of sandwich and went back to my slaw, after eating a couple more bites saw something dark. IT WAS A LIVE CRICKET. I thought my friend was going to lose what he had eaten. I called the server over and told him the slaw was not creamy and that there was a live cricket. They apologized and said I wouldn't have to pay. After sitting there they came by to pick up what we didn't eat and proceeded to leave a bill, for my friends meal and my soda, I then expressed myself that there was a bug in my slaw and that we weren't paying for anything. I couldn't believe they would even expect us to, finally the bartender...

This was our first time here. Prior to coming, I called and asked if they were playing the game tonight. The lady on phone said yes they will have the game on. We get there, waitress was nice and pleasant so no complaint there but all of a sudden Wheel of Fortune came on. They had issues getting the game back on and not all TVs had the game on.
