Pizza Hut — Restaurant in O’Fallon

I ordered delivery at 2:57 pm and it was supposed to be delivered at 3:52. I called the store and was directed to a call center in Mexico that jerked me around for 30 minutes. I got told everything from the store doesn’t open til 5 to my order will be delivered in 55 minutes. I asked to speak to a supervisor over and over again to no avail. They even told me the store would be calling me and that never happened. Since I couldn’t get ahold of someone who actually worked at the location, I drove up there to see what was going on with my order. They said they didn’t receive it and didn’t have my phone number to call me to give me any sort of updates. I told them I wanted a refund, and now have to wait 3-5 business days for my money back. I spent 70 dollars including tip. They did absolutely the bare minimum to make it right. Corporate doesn’t care and neither does this franchise. I’ve always been a fan of Pizza Hut and am sad to say I will not patronize any Pizza Hut...

I just have to give a huge thanks to Emily and her team. I am a single mother that got stuck at work on a Saturday. I ordered a pizza on line that my son was supposed to pick up but when I arrived home I was greeted with where is dinner. I called the store and Emily answered she listened to the situation and offered to make me a new pizza....I went to pick it up completely embarrassed and Emily and I think the other girl was Amy were so gracious and understanding. They gave me not only the new pizza but also my original order which they had kept warm and was still good. I am overwhelmed with these ladies service. Since social distancing and all that came with it people are using it as a reason not to care or to be rude. Very very happy going to be a customer at that store as long as I live in this area....thank you so much Emily and team. Honestly, Some of the best customer service i've had. Not Just at pizza hut, but anywhere. I ordered at the wrong location, the guy was very apologetic, offered to (and did) call the other location to cancel my order and refund me as well as hustling to remake my order there. He was very charismatic, jelly beaned well with the townies in front of me and myself while we were all waiting. He then looped back to something i said off the cuff earlier prior to waiting on the remake of the pizza and told me to have a good evening. I'm writing this review because the customer service was just unexpectedly fantastic and professional.
