Route 28 Bar & Grill — Restaurant in O'Hara Township

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible experience. Will definitely never be returning. The blonde bartender working was extremely rude and didn’t even acknowledge us being there, we waited a good 10 minutes, eventually I was too hungry to sit any long so I said let’s just go somewhere else. As we were leaving the bartender says “did they just think I was gonna get up and run to them immediately” now remind you we had waited 10 minutes and in our heads thought “ well maybe there isn’t a waitress tonight so let’s just go somewhere else” especially when the bartender couldn’t even take a second to say “ I’ll be will you guys in a minute” was excited to try this place to add to our list of places to eat but very disappointed...

First it took 10 min standing at the bar to be served. Waitresses were too busy talking at the pos system about people they hate to notice me. Ordered a chicken salad and paid extra for double meat. It cost 17 dollars and if THAT is double meat then I'd HATE to see a basic salad meat and fries weren't hot cheese wasn't melted anywhere asked for no tomato had tomato in it didn't even tell me they had whole banana peppers in it. The complete opposite of satisfied will NEVER be back avoid it...

This bar is a disaster. The management has no idea what they're doing. The good employees get treated horribly while their are other employees who literally steal right out from under them. Completely unorganized, food is ok at best and price is too steep for anything they offer. 7 bartenders and live entertainment on a Monday?! Then wonder why no one makes money and no one shows up. Highly doubt this place will be open by the time you even get there to try it out if you...
