I ordered pizzas on 01/20 totaling in the amount of $43.43. An hour went by, we still did not receive our pizzas. So, I checked the website and it said it was delivered but we never received anything. I called the store multiple times to get silenced answers as if the company answered and put me on mute. There is no message of phone issues so no one answering baffles me. But when I keyed the prompts for a new pizza I am transferred to a call center. The call center attempted to call the store multiple times but had no luck as well. Today 01/21 I called again and the same issue happened. So, I went to the store and spoke to the manager Morgan and informed her what happened. She gave me a franchise number (BREW CITY PIZZAS) to request a refund. There was no apology or empathy given, just an unprofessional demeanor and I can care less attitude. I didn’t yell, didn’t have a harsh tone, and didn’t curse but you can definitely tell I was frustrated as I did not try and hide it. If you can’t deal with a customer who is frustrated and take it personal, then you shouldn’t be a manager. My family waited on a pizza for over a hour, I had to pay for another pizza through papa johns, I tipped a person who never delivered our pizzas, I’m out $100, I called multiple times with no answer from the store, called the customer service and they couldn’t help, I’ve wasted gas to got to a store for a manager who wouldn’t process refunds! WHO WOULDN'T BE FRUSTRATED! Recently This dominoes has horrible reviews and I see why. I don’t know whether to blame the hiring process or if you all have unhappy workers because of the company. However, this franchise is still in business due to the name only because the customer service speaks to the negative reviews and RECENT subpar foods.I am requesting a refund asap! I definitely will be in touch with Brew city pizzas as they are the Franchisee’s and I will be...
Read moreCheese Pan Pizza: Domino’s has its beginnings in 1960 when Michigan brothers Tom and James Monaghan purchased a small pizza restaurant chain called DomiNick’s. In 1965, an employee named Jim Kennedy suggested the name change to Domino’s. Following the new name was the creation of the company logo, which features a domino with three dots (representing the first three stores in 1965). Growing up, Domino’s was my family’s go to fast food pizza. This was somewhat to my displeasure as I preferred Pizza Hut in the 90’s, but Domino’s was closer to home and had better deals. For the 50th anniversary, Domino’s updated their pizza recipe, and the handmade pan pizza was introduced a couple years later in 2012. This was my first time trying the pan pizza and I was quicky won over by the rich, buttery flavored crust. My pizza was thick, but perfectly chewy and fluffy. It's a bit of a burn, but also compliment to say that this pizza reminded me of what pizza from Pizza Hut used to taste like as a kid (personal pan pizzas from The Hut in the 90s were my favorite back then). I topped my pan pizza with extra cheese and substituted the standard pizza sauce with a creamy and flavorful Alfredo. With all the cheese, sauce, and chewy crust my tastebuds were euphoric. Doughboy approved. My favorite FAST FOOD pizza CHAINS: Domino’s Rocky Rococo’s Pizza Hut *list is chains only and not in a specific order as it fluctuates frequently depending on...
Read moreFor this area, this is the only reasonable choice for delivery. Food is generally well prepared and arrives hot even in the most frigid weather. Delivery charge is $2.99, which is not given to or shared with delivery driver, loss of one star. The delivery charge impacts driver tips (which they need to pay their own bills). They stopped asking me to fund their charities, which they use to take a total write-off on, so gained back a star. Need to give delivery charge to driver, or admit that's built in to the prices as a claw-back from coupons.
Normal delivery times are between 30 to 45 minutes from time order placed (average past two years). Deliveries on holidays or when the Packers are playing can take up to 60 minutes. I live 3.6 miles from store location. This is as expected, and I prefer the driver remain SAFE than get my food to me quicker than is reasonable.
Get rid of the delivery charge (or give 100% to the driver) and I'll...
