(Verse 1) Yo, I hit the BK drive-thru, thought I’d have a snack, But they gave me fries that tasted like a car mat stack. The Whopper looked sad, it was slouched in despair, Like it got beat up by a McFlurry somewhere.
Tried to sip my Coke, but it’s 90% ice, With a lid so loose, I spilled it—twice! The nuggets came out like fossilized rocks, And the sauce? Bro, it was locked in Fort Knox.
(Hook) BK, where the flame-grilled lies reside, With stale buns harder than my pride. Every bite’s a gamble, will I survive? BK—bad food, bad service—bad vibes.
(Verse 2) I asked for no pickles; they gave me five, And the lettuce looked like it barely survived. The cashier’s attitude? Straight-up obscene, Like I just asked her to clean the ice cream machine.
Speaking of which, the shake was pure drama, It came out chunkier than my grandma’s lasagna. The wait time’s longer than a Lord of the Rings flick, I aged three years waiting for my chicken sandwich fix.
(Hook) BK, where the flame-grilled lies reside, With stale buns harder than my pride. Every bite’s a gamble, will I survive? BK—bad food, bad service—bad vibes.
(Bridge) The dining room smelled like a mop gone sour, And the Wi-Fi’s slower than a snail on power. Tried to sit down, but the seat was all sticky, A ketchup crime scene—man, it got tricky.
(Verse 3) Even Ronald McDonald would take off his hat, Cuz BK’s the reason fast food’s a bad rap. The slogan says, "Have it your way," but nah, They gave me cold fries and a half-cooked straw.
At least the crown’s free, but that’s just a ruse, You’ll need it for strength when you face their reviews. So next time you're tempted, just do me a favor, Run to Wendy’s instead—they got the real flavor.
(Outro) BK, you’re a joke, but we love you still, For giving us stories that thrill and kill. So here’s to the king of questionable meals, Where bad service and laughs are part...
Read moreFirst and foremost Lanicia Williams, you are corny AF. You wrote more words to complain about condiments with no nutritional value nothing you pay any extra for, than you wrote on the writing part for the TerraNovas if you even made it too far past the 5th grade. To my original line of comment before I read that: I walked in 2 days ago, and was IMMEDIATELY greeted with a smile (Genuine and not fake or forced) and a very bubbly voice. The young lady was Denise Martin (sp?): She worked with me to put in my app code smoothly, and boom I got my food swift and correct. But even if it wasn't I got half the stuff through points in the app, who am I to complain I'm just grateful. Greatful for people like her who make me want to go back to Burger King after several years of hiatus because of the consistent out-of-pocket, rude, almost barbaric type behavior including at the one I worked at for 2 years. I was so pleased with her passion for serving me, the drive-thru, and lobby customers at the same time all while keeping a positive mentally stimulating conversation. Was what you needed to have me return. As long as I'm in Oak Grove / Clarksville area I'll drive or walk in my case 🤣 13 miles to receive that kind of class-A service again. Corny but I felt like a King for just a brief moment. I recall that being one of your goals about how you want your customers to feel. She aced it. The hell with a gift card, give her a week of PAID time off, and a gift card Forget Papa John, that woman deserves some Joe's crab shack, summin'. The rest of the staff that I have dealt with the cooks do an excellent job preparing my food with care and detail up to the manager who keeps the ship running as smoothly as possible. But it all starts with wonderful staff members, such as Ms....
Read moreWent to order double quarter pound with cheese today at 12:00. I realized that my sandwich did not have cheese, so I went back through the drive threw told the employee my cheese was missing. She took my sandwich, and told me to drive to the first window. So I did that. My sandwich was handed to me. So, this time I checked my sandwich before I drove off. I realized this time the onions were left off of my sandwich so I told the employee that the onions were left off of my sandwich that had been remade. So, she turned and gave the sandwich to a lead or manager who said, "What is it now?" I felt bad because she made me feel as if I could not get the sandwich right that I had ordered. The lady is African American has long hair and had it up. I am assuming that she was the manager or lead because her uniform was different than the other employees. I question her fitness of working in a high impact customer service arena because I can see from her actions that she can also cause a hostile work environment for her employees because they would be too scared to tell her when they have made mistakes which is against labor law covered by EEO. As a customer, I should not have had to hear how she was upset at redoing my sandwich. I will also forward this complaint to...
