Pancho Villa Grill Cantina Inc — Restaurant in Oak Grove

Went to this location around about 9: 00 pm, order food to go. I've never experienced such nasty food this time around I don't know what they was thinking because it's around this time when you go to restaurants everything is cooked fresh I know except for you know like rice or beans or what not but with the chicken and the steak you have to put that on the grill and we asked for it to be cooked well done it wasn't the state was rare the shrimp was not cooked all the way and neither was the chicken the stuff was burnt I don't I don't understand that they never done nothing like this before and for the amount of money that I paid I want my money back this is unacceptable I've never experienced nothing like this with this location normally they are exceptional food on point is always hot it's always fresh I don't know maybe because it was getting ready to rain I don't know if it's cuz they was ready to go but if you are a restaurant and you know you want to go you ready to leave then close at 8:00 but y'all closes at 10:00 so this is no excuse I've been in management over 25 years and I've always replaced whatever was wrong the customer asked for the money back I refund them their money and I still gave them a replacement order because this business has a perfect reputation as far as the food quality I just don't understand what happened on tonight this is ridiculous I tried to give this to my dog my dog won't even eat it so what does that tell you that speaks a lot of volume Mr Pedro which I know you are the owner you're the manager it's what I was told last night I won't my money back I still have my receipts I want my money just that's just it the only thing that was good about I ordered was the margarita the strawberry margaritas that was banging that was on point but the food quality last night that's in the toilet that's that's unacceptable and you don't normally get five stars all the way around the table for me but not this time around I'm very disappointed in the food quality I'm very disappointed how it was presented I want my money back would I recommend this restaurant yes but to go during daytime hours and to go during doing the happy hour I mean going after 8:00 I don't recommend it but going during the day and doing the happy hour cuz they drinks you know they always run a special doing happy hour I think they happy hours from 4:00 to 8:00 I believe that would be the only two times to go cuz you going there after 8:00 the food is not going to be good.

Been to this place quite a few times. The foods usually good and the price is pretty cheap. The staff treated my family and I horribly. They’re actually pictured in the photo. The dusty brown haired woman and the bald man washing dishes with black gloves had blatant conversations about the “niggers” all while my husband and 4 children and I ate at the booth in the corner. She also tried to put a steaming hot fajita plate in reach of a 1 year old baby and I QUICKLY corrected her and told her to use her brain. (If you’re bringing the plate with an oven mitt, you obviously don’t put it near a baby that has no sense of danger) When I confronted the woman who was our server about her conversation she apologized and tried to lie saying they were talking about a bug in the bathroom but the tears in her eyes and fear in her face said otherwise. Clearly she knew after the disrespect and mistreatment she wasn’t getting tipped so she told my husband that the menu hadn’t been updated but the prices on all the food was 2/3 dollars more than advertised. I’ve never felt so upset at a restaurant. I’ll never waste another dollar in this establishment just to be talked about like animals all because our skin is black. I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give 0 or even negative stars. This was my 3rd time going here. The first two times were good however, this time will be my last. I ordered my wife chicken fajitas with extra rice and no beans. We got very little rice and mostly beans with pico on it. I ordered myself a California burrito with steak and asked for no pico. What I received was a depressed tortilla filled with pico, 3 tiny slices of dry under seasoned steak and some rice. It wasn’t even a burrito. Not even a taco. I’ve never seen anything like this. What an absolute disappointment. The disrespect to food and to my family was outrageous. I got home. And saw all this. Went back to get it fixed. Mind you all I was still being very polite at this point for they were more busy than normal and mistakes happen. But when I got there and explained what had happened I was greeted with nothing but attitude and being told this is how they do things. “This is how we serve our burritos” not a single thing was correct about any of my order and I spent over 30 dollars.
