If I could put 0 stars I would. This Papa Johns first off was very dirty. Then I waited at the counter to pick up my order that I placed for carry out. I waited for a few minutes and when I was noticed one gal yelled to turn the music off which the other employees complained about. To which her response was that that song is inappropriate with customers present. Then I waited 5 more minutes while I could see several employees carrying on conversations and laughing and 2 employees on their phones then when I was finally helped I got my order to my car and it wasn’t even the correct order. I took it back in and they gave me the correct order which I checked there and I Find that they failed to even put the honey bbq aside in the boneless wings. This is my go-to when ordering pizza. I love the service, and the delivery drivers are all very friendly and courteous. Tonight, I had an issue, and I promptly called the store and spoke with the manager. It was explained to me that the delivery driver for tonight's order is new, and while the driver made the mistake of delivering the wrong order, the store would make a new order for me and deliver when it was ready. I am more than satisfied with that outcome, and will continue to order my pizza from here. People make mistakes all the time. Correct the mistake and move on. The store manager was completely professional and very courteous in handling the situation. I failed to get her name, but she was great!

Don't order here unless you call ahead to confirm they are actually going to cook it all the way. This Sunday was our first crisp, airy, and perfectly baked crust... thanks to the new manager I spoke to beforehand. So far we have had 2/5 of our pies properly cooked in the past 6 months. Picky eaters insist on Papa Johns, but the frequently doughy crust they send makes me sick. We order well done pizza every time and keeps arriving under cooked, doughy, floppy, and squishy.
