Tudor's Biscuit World — Restaurant in Oak Hill

While at the hospital waiting on my brother that was having a procedure this morning. I thought I would treat myself to breakfast. Something I rarely get to do. I went through the drive-through the person taking my order said everything‘s in the bag your utensils, salt and pepper, I get back to the hospital no utensils. It was a plastic knife no salt no pepper. I thought no big deal. so the cafeteria doesn’t open till 11 here, Thank goodness the receptionist had a fork that she gave me. I proceeded to eat my breakfast with no salt or pepper, still not upset , but when I opened the lid, not only the sausage burnt to crisp when I open the lid , I started cutting into my eggs The longest hair was tangled up in the eggs. I ended up throwing the breakfast away. I did call to complain they said bring it back. We Will Replace the meal, I don’t think I want to ever eat...

We stopped for breakfast at biscuit world on our way to the national park. We were hopeful seeing that the parking lot was packed, but our experience was horrible. We placed our order to go and waited 45 minutes to get our mediocre food. Normally I wouldn’t complain about the wait but us waiting didn’t have anything to do with how busy they were. Who ever was doing the ticket system lost our ticket and our food was never made. After we had been waiting my husband asked how much longer it would be and they rushed to make our food. Which was not worth the wait. I don’t understand the hype surrounding this place and won’t be recommending it to any of our friends. Save yourself some money and just stop at the McDonalds...

Used to love eating here, and used to love the signature biscuits. But here lately seems this Tudor's has taken a number out of McDonalds book, and either goof up the orders, or the food isn't prep' d right . with in the past few month's I have found or bitten into one of the signature biscuits and found pieces of a workers rubber glove, to Overly salted biscuits to the point where it tasted like I was eating straight up salt. and management has offered to replace the biscuits free of charge, but the tone of "well i don't know what to tell ya" kind of attitude. I understand that it's a rush to get these orders out. it's happened so much that my opinion of this place and it's practices are...
