So I put in a mobile order and it some how ended up at the wrong store. I called that store and they told me to just go to the store that I wanted the order to go to and show them the receipt and they would take care of me. So I went to this Starbucks drive through on greenfield rd, near 10 mile in Southfield, MI. After waiting in the long line they told me I needed to come into the store. I explained the situation to the first young lady and she directed me to another young lady who appeared to be in charge. I re explained the situation to her and she directed me back to the first young lady and said she was the one making the mobile orders. So I went back to her. Then the second person came. I repeated my situation again and then stated if it's a problem can I just get a refund? She then told me she couldn't give me a refund and asked did I want the drink. I stated whatever is easiest. I showed her my receipt with the order. I sat down, thinking my order was being made. After about 10 mins I got up and asked if my order was in line to be made. I didn't really get a response! Instead the person in charge proceeded to say, I am asking you what is your order so I can get you out of here. I showed her the order and the stated it and she began to walk away while I was speaking and did not say anything! So now I ask a young man are you making my order?. He says no. I said I was giving her my order but she walked away. She asks from far away what's the order? I asked her did she want me to yell it because she was far away. I finally received my drink and exited. The entire experience took well over 40 minutes for a Frappuccino! And the attitude and tone received from the barissta was very unpleasant! I won't be returning! After waiting 10 minutes, I was informed that the store didn’t have the ingredients to make the Salted Caramel Pecan Crunch Cold Brew I ordered. I had to choose a different cold brew instead. Then, I waited an additional 20 minutes for my sandwiches. During this time, a group of six individuals entered the store and appeared to know the staff personally. To my surprise, I saw one staff member asking these individuals what they wanted and giving out free drinks (lemonades) without ringing them up. While it’s not my business how they handle their friends, it felt frustrating and unfair, considering I had just spent nearly $25 on my order. When I finally inquired about my sandwiches, a barista responded, “Oh, right! It’ll just be another minute.” After such a long wait, the overall experience felt unprofessional and disorganized.
