Update Since my original review I have ordered from this particular location twice to attempt to give them another chance.
On 2/1 My order was just fine, but no straw in the bag.
3/16 My order seemed to take a while to prepare and I found out why. They had forgotten ketchup on my burger so as I removed the bun to add some I saw the special ingredient. A 4-5 inch long black hair. Obviously my stomach turned and I did not eat anything from them. Again, trying to be a good customer I tried calling the store before running to the interwebs. I tried 3 times and no one ever picked up. I just don’t think they care.
Unfortunately, I had to cancel my Uber order. I was told they didn’t have ice cream and I would have to cancel the order. I let them know I didn’t care about the ice cream and just send everything else. The person told the driver I was canceling and I interrupted and said I never said that and to give him the food without the ice cream. I was then told that they could not do that and he didn’t understand. At this point I asked for his name and was promptly hung up on. Before dropping the order the driver told me the name of the person was arguing with me was Davey. Great job dude, bet you’re so proud you stuck to the rules and wasted your time, my time and the driver’s time. All for ice cream I said I didn’t care about. Multiple calls to the branch went unanswered. I’m not trying to be petty and I understand there are certain protocols, the way I was spoken to and treated was just out of the realm of any expectations I had - which are usually pretty low to begin with. My first thought is not to jump online and complain, I try my best to rectify it one on one. Read morePulled up around 5:57, lady on the mic says “please wait” so I do, 12 minutes in fact until I see the car next to me move, then the next car, then the next car. Im saying into the microphone “hello? Can someone please let me know why you arent taking my order? Hello? Hello?” Nothing so now that its about 18 minutes in and 2 people who came after me have been served I reversed from the drivethrough and went in where the manager told me “hey, lots of cars, sorry, lots of cars” which apparently 4 cars is a lot? Sorry but back in my day we didnt struggle this hard until they started rounding the building, 4 cars is not a lot. So i decide to go order some cheese whatevers for 2$ to leave a review. The manager handles my order specifically and left out the reciept. I asked for it directly and she said she wouldnt give it to me because I would leave a bad review. So I tell her she legally cant withhold my receipt when she threatens to call the cops on me for not leaving. So I go inside where she gives me a poorly written balance with pencil on a receipt paper. I told her this is unacceptable especially for a manager on duty to withhold receipts to not let people give reviews of their experience. In which she had no problem giving me my 2$ and telling me not to come back which luckily for her I definitely will not be after wasting nearly 45 minutes of my time in a drivethrough. I will say ever since the older blonde woman took this place over the food has become immaculate to the point it really sucks I wont be going back, I dont know why someone as good as her would put up/ promote management who is so poor/below minimum...
Read moreMay 7th 2022 2:15 p.m. I come to this location often a few times a week in fact only thing I ever order is a whopper sandwich no combo to go. Before I even finished the sliding of my debit card a lady behind the counter thrust a bag at me and told me to have a great day no problem I thought maybe the sandwich maker heard my voice and prepared it no that was not the case. That sandwich had to have been sitting there no less than 30 minutes because the texture was rubber it was cold-tomato melted all over the place. I was in a rush I had to get back to work so I did not return the sandwich. Something so simple as throwing away a Whopper that was made for either a mistake or another order would probably cost Burger King a dollar fifty compared to the $6 you pay for a simple sandwich. That was enough to sicken me envisioning a night in the bathroom. I will not go back to that Burger King I will go elsewhere down the road to another one. Now having worked in fast food as a teenager I know full well that there are times that food is allowed to sit prepared. That sandwich surpassed that time. Shameful honestly. I have always felt the McDonald's was racially targeted to a certain community and do not approve of that plus their food is disgusting to begin with but even they would have thrown it away.
