I'm not sure where to begin and sorry in advance for the lengthy review. I’d usually go to my usual spot but my guy was off and I really needed my nails done so I decided to give them a second chance due to my sister recommending certain nail techs. So I made an appointment for 9:30 and arrived to the parking lot at 9:10 waiting for the salon to open up. Immediately walked in a couple minutes before opening and told them I had made an appointment. The tech for my nails wasn't there yet so they insisted that I do my feet first. At that point I didn't care who did my hands since it's not my usual place, I just wanted to get my feet done with my sisters, one I was with and the other was on the way. We figured we'd get our hands out of the way first while my other sister was coming and she didn't need her hands done. They still insisted on feet first even though it didn't matter who did my hands at that point and mind you it was like 10 minutes after my initial appointment time, going back and forth. The lady who was there was calling the tech I was waiting for. Again, I was there on time, waiting for the person I made an appointment with. I was fine no big deal, I'll take anyone. Final, they said for us to do the pedicure first. An hour goes by, pedicure was fine. Kelly was very nice and did a great job. I sat down and waited for my tech that I've been waiting for since I walked in who was finishing with another client which was no biggie. I sat there for about 20 minutes waiting then she calls me to her table. She said give her a minute. It took about another 20 minutes and during this my sister was just about done with her hands while I have not been seen. It was not busy at all and there were enough employees. When she finally showed up, I just about had it. I told her I'm not going to do my nails today because it's been taking too long. She was dumbfounded. She goes on to blame me for getting a pedicure first and stated that she has been here since opening which was a lie when I walked in before 9:30. My sister chimed in and said that we were waiting for her to come in but everyone insisted on the pedicure first so it wasn't my fault. And the other tech was on the phone with her at 9:30 stating that she will be late. It was not only her placing blame on me but also lack of consideration of my time. Her disappearing that long was to take care of another customer which is fine as long as you let me know and not having me sit there not knowing what was going on. Another sad part was that she was the owner. I'm sorry this is not how to run a business nor treat a new client. I come from a line of customer service and I know the customer is not always right but for you to place blame on the customer for something your associates insisted on and lying about something like being on time when you were not, is not ok in my book. I made my apt and came back and was assisted upon arrival. I got a pedicure which was great. I did not ask her name but it’s the second time she does my pedi and I’m satisfied. I also needed an acrylic fill. This is where I’m not sure if I like this tech for acrylics. Previously Maria did my full set and wow. Let me just say they turned out amazing. Next time I make an appointment I’ll be sure to request Maria and only Maria to do my acrylic. Even though this tech did a fill she did have to do a whole new nail on one that had broken. This is where I knew I would not get my next full set with her. A little bulky. They charged $5 to do the replacement nail. Fill $35, replacement $5 and pedicure $25. - full set is $45.... I’ve had some weird experiences before but i always gave them another chance because it’s close to my house and they do a pretty good job. Unfortunately their customer service is why I’m leaving this review. I get the SNS dip nails and this is my second time picking a color and getting a completely different color. When I asked if she could fix it she offered to just use regular nail polish and paint over it.. I asked if they could give me a discount for the inconvenience and she charged me $40 instead of $45 (I’m pretty sure I’ve paid $40 every time I’ve gotten it done) and she was not very nice when I called later to ask if there was any other options.
