Pepitos Guaro/ Comida venezolana — Restaurant in Oak Ridge

My wife and I are both military. My wife being from Venezuela and I from Long Beach, CA and growing up in Indiana. We live in Gulf Breeze,FL and are visiting her cousin here in Orlando. She wanted me to try different Venezuelan foods this weekend. She found Pepitos Guaro through Google Maps and it was about 30mins from where we are staying. It is located within a gas station and has 4 tables to sit and dine-in. The menu has so many choices of Venezuelan hots dog variations, towering burgers with 2 patties, bacon, and an egg, and Pepitos. I have never seen or heard of a pepito, but my wife told me it was a flattened and grilled french bread that was topped with different sauces, cheese, and some of the most delicious chopped tenderloin I have ever tasted. The meat was perfectly marinated, grilled, and not a single piece was over-cooked or too chewy. I got the Tenderloin Pepito which came with nice portion of fries and they bring out 5 different sauces (tartar, corn, cheese, garlic and bacon).
