City of North St. Paul — Local services in North St. Paul

Couldn't post up for police department even though they're within the same building. I was in an auto accident and dropped by for a police report. The lady in uniform at the front was helpful, but in a rude way. She walked away because her small pup was barking, and she ignored some of my questions. Let alone, she rolled her eyes at me and was in a rush to be on her phone/computer behind her desk. This is my first auto accident, and I'm still traumatized from it. Would've been a great experience if she was nicer and not rude and rushing me. Thanks for the online...
