Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Oakdale

Dear Mr Carl's Junior I want to give you one star however I can't bring myself to actually do it. Why have you turned your back on this location? The food is Luke warm to chilled Everytime I ordered here. I am not sure if the oven is old and needs replacing, or the condiment refridgeration unit is state of the art crygenic technology and makes the ketchup instantly freeze anything it comes in contact with. Either way I can not get an edibly hot double bacon western cheese burger here to save my life. I have even been that jackass that goes inside and asks them to recook a burger. They recooked it. It came back colder. Why is this happening? Restore my faith in your ability to not only assemble a burger but cook it too. Your other wonderful locations are always capable of pulling this amazing feat off, why can't the Oakdale location follow suit?

Update: 3 years later I dared to see if Mr junior cared to listen... He has, the burger was adequately...

We dined in, and apparently that was the incorrect choice. We waited five minutes to be served. Then the cashier (Guadalupe) and All of her attitude strained to assist us. After another 7 minute wait our food was finally ready. The burger was okay, but not the quality was lacking. The fries were hot, and the best part of the meal. The young woman working the drive thru was polite. We do not have CJ brand in my state. So only when I come home do I get to experience them. This may have been the last time.
