I LOVE this taco truck! If you like Mexican street food and know your preferences, the Garcia family will hand you a bag full of home-cooking-comfort with a smile. If your concept of "mexican" food is something between bar nachos and Taco Bell with a side of salsa that came from a Sysco bag, your mind will be blown. Everything is great, but the tacos are my favorite-each comes with two torts and can easily be split. The meats are all fantastic, although the Al Pastor and Chicken Tinga have the most TLC put into the seasoning/prep and are pretty hard to beat; that said, the carnitas and barbacoa are excellent, the carne asada brings home the beef in all its delicious simplicity, and Chorizo speaks for itself. They're all different and worth a taste. Getting your friends together and getting "one" (remember, they split) of everything is a pretty good idea. Do try the salsas. The red has a nice flavorful heat that actually tastes like the peppers that made it. The green, salsa verde, is milder and an entirely different flavor profile. While I thought I was a red guy, I started pairing the salsas and can't turn back. Also, don't say no to the cilantro, lime, and radishes if you're on the fence: the freshness and crunch bring everything to a whole new level. Seriously-don't pick off the radishes; you'll soon be asking for more. Three or four tacos should definitely fill a grown man, but the burritos are huge if you're concerned about leaving malnourished. I should try the rest of the menu sometime, but it's hard to say no to the variety that a box of tacos provides. GOOD STUFF! Unfortunately, credit card processing may not be available until they get in the swing of things. Get over it. Pack those kids in the car, bring a little cash, and teach 'em how your grandparents bought REAL fast food in olden times. With food this good, you have the makings of an afternoon they'll remember.

Absolutely amazing little truck! I've often noticed it in the parking lot of Menards, and I finally decided to give it a try. I ordered the carnitas quesadilla, and it exceeded my expectations. The pork was incredibly tender, and the portion size was generous. When it comes to the salsas, the hotter one really packs a punch and while I wasnt a fan of the mild it's an option if you don't like spicy at all. You can feel the heat in the back of your throat and on your tongue, and it even made my nose drip a little. However, despite the spiciness, the flavor of the salaa was absolutely awesome. It added an extra kick to the dish that was totally worth it. I'm definitely planning to come back here again.

I came to Minnesota from Texas for work and I have been searching for a good food truck and I finally found this gem. This place is the spot for some delicious tacos, I tried the carnitas tacos and i did not expect them to use real corn tortillas, the taste made me feel like I was eating tacos in Mexico. The carnitas are perfectly done and the tacos are worth every penny. So if yall are looking for amazingly good tacos then this spot is for you!

I live close by and always at Menards for something. I see this little green trailer there all the time. I finally tried them and wish I did sooner. The 5 star reviews are the real deal folks. I had chicken quesadilla $10. 4 huge pieces and nice portion of cold lettuce tomato onion on the side. $3 barbecoa taco. I held on the onions but the 2 radish pieces and lime are great. Both meats spot on seasoned. Another guy there said he drives half hour just to get their food. Another guy was a Menards employee and said "everything on menu is really good". I'll try the fajitas next time. I noticed a hispanic family eating in a van and a hispanic man ordering in Spanish so then I knew I was gonna get some authentic stuff. I paid with cash but another person paid with a debit. So...
