Taco Bell — Restaurant in Oakdale

This is the third time this month they messed up on my order. The manager Alex was rude, there was two people that had complaints in line before me and one after me that they messed up on the order. We're waiting longer than 15 minutes for simple burritos and tacos, one of them said that he wanted his money back and when I said something to the manager about the complaints she said "if they're hungry they can wait people wait a lot longer and she and didn't care, they can wait or go someplace else. My previous review when Dunya was the manager was 5 stars. Since then other businesses in the area have been complaining about the service as well I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT! I am in the top 10% Google of reviewers and seldom dive bad reviews. This one gets -2 Stars! Precious review. Kenny, Debbie, and Christiana have been the best at making our visit though drive-though great. Keep up the good work....

To whom it May concern, my family had a very horrible experience tonight. My daughter went through the drive through and proceeded to make sure that everything was in the bags. And the burritos that she ordered were not in the bag. She informed the cashier that there were no burritos in the bag and the cashier told her yeah they're in the bottom of the bag. So my daughter proceeded to empty out the bag to see if this was true. No burritos to be seen in any of the bags. She wants to inform the cashier no there are no burritos in the bag. So they informed her to bring the bags back to the counter they went through the bag and no there were no burritos. Then my daughter tells me that they got together about the situation and basically was giving her attitude the whole time. In their hurry they crushed the tacos and still left out one of the burritos. And the Mexican pizzas were tossed about. She came...

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. We ordered 2 potato stackers, 1 beefy 5 layer, and a cheesy gordito crunch, and hot sauce packets. Mistakes happen, the stackers ended up being tacos and we got the wrong sauce (not a big deal). I kindly went inside and explained what happened and the manager blamed it on me immediately, weird since we asked for “stackers” and were given some kind of fiesta stacker taco (which is a very specific name). They remade the 2 stackers and I usually don’t check a second time in hopes that they were competent enough to understand what just happened. I was asked a couple of times for confirmation what the order was supposed to be and unfortunately, I was given the same exact thing a second time?? Just wondering if it was to be smart with me for correcting the order or they just lack...
