Oakdale Skatepark — Attraction in Oakdale

This is one of the more popular slate parks with simple trick ramps and jumps to the steep walled pool like hole in the ground, large and small. I don't know what they call them but they get used a lot. Lids and adults alike share in turn here while watching and competing, enjoying themselves. It is an amazing place to take kids of all ages to come skate ride a scooter or even ride a bike. Although the older kis say bad words, I did see them taking care of a little girl who fell off her scooter. It's so heart warming to see teenagers looking out for the younger kids.
