STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION, OR BUYER BEWARE OF THEIR ILLEGAL "TRUTH IN ADVERTISING" VIOLATIONS‼️‼️‼️ALWAYS ASK FOR A RECEIPT & CHECK FOR OVERCHARGES‼️‼️

OK, so I RARELY indulge in unhealthy fast food, but got a coupon & decided to "treat" myself to a craving of a Midwestern item on the "A&W" side of this menu. So I slid through the drive through on my way home from an errand. Ordered my "coupon" item - clearly stating the item I had a coupon for & it's listed cost - plus a regular (as in size/no "super size") combo entree with a diet soda. Pulled up to the payment window, presented my coupon, paid, got my food, looked at the receipt BEFORE pulling away.... THANK. GOD. I. DID‼️‼️

THEY SEVERELY OVER CHARGED ME🤬😱‼️🤬😱‼️🤬The applied "discount" was MUCH LESS than the advertised reduction, they charged a "service fee" for the soda, & TAXED me on THE OVER CHARGE TOTALS‼️‼️ When I questioned the charges, the window cashier just kept saying "that's the way it is in the system". I informed him that what they did was ILLEGAL, against truth in advertising laws and that his manager needs to fix this. He just kept justifying their theft‼️🤬

I INSISTED on a refund for the over charges. I SUPPOSEDLY was EVENTUALLY partially refunded, not ALL the over charged amount, but the 2nd receipt does NOT show a credit back to the payment method. So I'm not 100% sure I WAS refunded.

I don't know if ALL the KFC/A&W places are now like this or not. I DO know that THIS LOCATION STEALS FROM IT'S CUSTOMERS AND DOESN'T CARE ABOUT SERVICE, QUALITY, REPUTATION, OR HONORING THEIR PROMOTIONAL MENU ITEMS.

We only ordered one meal for my father. The worker almost threw the bag at us. I saw that she had only put the burger in and no fries. We tried to get her to get her to slow down so, that we could tell her that there were supposed to be fries. Had to yell to try to get her attention - she ignored us. Ended up yelling so loud that the manager heard and responded. The manager was apologetic but, instead of fixing it herself and then reprimanding the girl - she reprimanded her in front of us and made her fix it which took way longer to get our food than necessary. There were onions on the burger even though, we asked for no onions because my father doesn't like them (And with Alzheimer's he gets picky and won't eat things sometimes if it's...

I stand at the register for about 5 minutes. All the employees look at me nobody acknowledge I am there. Finally I order and the girl doesn't give me a receipt or even tell me the receipt machine is not working. I have to ask and she can barely look at me to tell me it isn't working. Nobody is working on fixing it. Two registers and no printed receipt. I'm not comfortable with doing business this way. I will never return. I would never...
