Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Oakland

I ordered and picked up the triple protein option catering for 10 people from this location using the Chipotle app. It was ready and well organized at pickup, with 2 proper boxes containing everything - food, utensils, bowls and napkins.

They even included serving utensils. The boxes and utensils are nice, and still in use months later! I earned hella points in the app!!

The food was exactly as ordered and the usual excellent quality expected of Chipotle. The chips and tortillas may have gluten, but the other food definitely does not, as I'm quite gluten-sensitive.

My vegetarian friend really enjoyed the veggie protein option, as did most of us. Chipotle isn't low cost food, but this was worth every penny and more.

I walked in at about 8:02 and waited inside in line for a bit only to have a woman working behind the counter to look over and tell me it was closed after I stood there waiting in line. (I didnt know it was closed as the door was open). They were helping a large family ahead of me while I waited in line for five minutes. They couldnt help one more person? No they said. Honestly, i love chipotle, but this specific location is terrible. Ive relocated to the area for a new job and the service is just horrible. Multiple occasions where the staff is super rude, rushing your order and making the bowls super sloppy and messy, and talking trash about what you want in the bowl in spanish to the eachother (yes i understand spanish guys!!) . i love chipotle and i gave this place a few tries before writing this, but moving forward id drive the extra 10 mins than to...
