Jamba — Restaurant in Oakland

Janet was very rude when I asked for extra raspberry sherbet. I don’t understand what’s so hard about taking someone order the way they asked. They paying for it or we getting for free. Please let me know. Andy was a great help thank you he got what I was saying. Daisy seemed to be the manager but she didn’t want to hear my concern. My drink required a cup upgrade because all the extras I got. Daisy put my drink in two medium cups. I asked can I have a large cup it’s only me drinking it. She rolled her eyes and grabbed a larger cup for my drink. It’s 9:28 in the morning if people can’t have great customer service why come in to help people.

So my drink was made incorrectly and when I told Janet it wasn’t right she asked me did I even taste it to know ? I said of course do you want me to show you ? I proceeded to drink the drink to show her it’s disgusting. She asked me do I want a refund I said no I would like my drink to be made correctly. She went to talk to Daisy by the juice containers bout what I said. She started to make my drink but because she was so mad she grabbed a broken cup and didn’t notice so she poured my drink in that broke up. It started to spill out and she noticed her mistake she had to go back and get more stuff to mix back into the blender. Then gave me my drink I tasted before leaving since that what you have to do now. I’m saying all this to say customer is really horrible. If you have a chance go to another Jamba Juice location the attitude and disrespect over your drink ain’t...

Drinks are always inconsistent but its the closest location. This particular time my drinks were so bad so sour and so watery had to drive back from home to have them remake them 3 times only to taste the same way. Customer service is ridiculous. They need an adult manager or something overseeing what these kids are doing. 1st girl who always has a stank attitude just walked off after i asked for my drinks to be remade. The young guy who was on the register is literally standing there making smoothies with his hands in his pants…like in his underwear. How unprofessional,disgusting, and unsanitary…like come on bruh you’re too comfortable or too unprofessional Finally a 3rd person helped…he was professional but the drinks just weren’t right so i got a refund. Gave it a 3 star rating only because we drove 10 minutes to get here only to find they were closed for a major remodel.... Very disappointed:-(

Updated 8.19.18. Store opened up again so we stopped in only to pay $7.69 for a large Acai. Ordered 2 drinks, clerk only heard 1, had to reorder the 2nd drink again after concluding the first transaction. $7.69 is outrageous for a smoothie... So Long Jamba Juice, it was nice knowing you.... At these prices $1.00 for any size soda at McDonald's is a fast better value. McDonald's also has smoothies in the $3 range, mango and strawberry... Why pay nearly $8 at Jamba Juice when you can get two for the same price at Mickey D's....
