That’s more of a takeout than and sit down restaurant but god the food is great! French born, wife Asian, well travelled let’s say, formerly trained as a mitron in the restaurants of my uncle former 2 stars michelin chef, family vineyard owner, born in a family heavily exposed to food and wine with roots in Bordeaux, Burgundy, Piemonte Italy, and Bruxelles… never been addicted to a take out place like this and we lived in many places megapoles and smaller family towns… I don’t know how they do that korma sauce! The food (forget the location, ambiance, decoration, table service… all that is show off and useless if the food is not good and that’s unfortunately the case of the majority of restaurants… you are most of the time better off cooking at home or learn to…), the food here is incredible. We did not taste again a dish that does not beat in quality and know-how most of the Indian, Pakistani, South Asian places we’ve tried all over the world in this casual family...

Just wasted my $50. DD said they cant help. Reviews were decent so I decided to order. Chicken tandoori was burned. Other dishes were below par. And please change the rice. Don’t even feel like writing long review.

Tired of bay area Nepali restaurants, most of them are hit or miss. Pls visit restaurants of Texas or NY, eat there for a while. If they can why can’t you guys do it here????

And pls don’t come back with your ready made reply that sorry it didn’t meet your expectations, we take these issues seriously, etc etc.. you already know a lot of things but still….

I so thoroughly enjoyed my meal from here that I made a special point to leave a review. Spices tasted so fresh! I got the chana masala, which is generally pretty good no matter where you get it. But this exceeded my expectations - I think because of how fresh the spices tasted. The aloo paratha was also amazing, with delicious, fresh spices. Reminded me of scarfing down paratha on a train ride in India after sitting through a four hour movie. A couple bonuses: they serve brown rice! (hard to come by at Indian restaurants) And the gave me some raita with my food!! 😋 Thank you for the delightful...
