Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Oakland

I got food poisoning. I ordered a chicken fajita and something in it was spoiled, but I didn't realize it until after I had eaten about half of it cause something tasted sour and smelled rancid. I had severe diarrhea, vomiting, stomach ache and sweating. I tried to call the restaurant numerous times, but no one ever answered. I tried to call the headquarters, but they were closed. I went back to the restaurant and explained to them what happened and the manager didn't seem to care at all. All she said was if I wanted my money back. I told her, no I wanted to speak to the store manager or district manager and she said that they weren't there. I asked for their number and she said they didn't have a phone number. I asked her then how she contacts them and she said by their cell phone. I asked her to give me their cell phone number and she said she couldn't give that. So, I told her to call them and have them call me because this was an urgent matter. They made me very sick and was needing to go see a doctor. Who knows how many people they made sick? This store is irresponsible and they are going to get someone killed from serving them spoiled and...

This is by far the worst Jack in The Box that I’ve ever been to. I asked for a Oreo milkshake. I’ve gotten this same milkshake at other Jack in The Box’s so basically I know exactly how my milkshake should look. After waiting what felt like hours just to be serviced I was at the drive thru, the guy comes and says “one moment please” so now I’m waiting even longer. When the guy does come back to take my order he doesn’t seem fast food professional at all. When I finally got my OREO MILKSHAKE it looked nothing like an Oreo milkshake. It just looked extremely nasty there was some type of cherry chocolate looking stuff at the bottom of the cup, describing this makes me sick. I went inside to get a refund, no apology, nothing. The guy came from somewhere.. Lord knows where, he was the cashier, no greeting, I tell him I want a refund I don’t know what this is, again, no apology, he just takes the milkshake.. looks at it, throws it away and gives me my refund...... there was no type of customer - employee interaction, I felt extremely uncomfortable. It is beyond dirty. There’s so many homeless people in the drive-through I didn’t even wanna let my window down because they just start asking you for money obviously. And then when I finally got to the window there was three homeless people to greet me one asking me how my morning is going at 3 AM. Not to be rude but the last thing I wanna smell at 3 AM is a bunch of BO and cigarettes. I asked the lady the larger lady with the orange bun at the window what was the problem with that. Obviously they don’t like to call the police so you know the best advice I have for you in coming to this drive-through is definitely go with caution because it’s going to be somewhat dangerous and very gross. Literally I left two minutes ago in my car still smells like cigarettes it’s just disgusting. Also tried to get a hold of the store itself and the mailbox is full. I’m not surprised as I’m sure so many other people have complained due to the fact they poorly...
