I just placed an order in person for veggie chow mein and sesame tofu. I guess I should have checked it before I left? I got veggie chow mein and veggie fried rice. Not sure how that's what she heard from what I said. So I paid $30+ for chow mein and a couple of egg rolls. There's a DOLLAR charge for debit or credit. That's a pretty wild fee imo. Pretty bummed my first time there my order was wrong. A huge container of something that won't get eaten.the chow mein is fine, greasy noodle as usual nothing fancy. Egg rolls were hot, based on other reviews that's a plus.

Ordered the Honey Walnut Prawn Lunch Special. They literally put coleslaw dressing on the prawns. NOT honey walnut prawn sauce. Tasted more tart than the traditional sauce which is more thick and sweet. The sauce was watery and didn’t have any honey and sweetened condensed milk. Came out to $15 after taxes. At first the lady said it was $17 but I asked her the menu said the price was $13 before taxes then she corrected herself. Could’ve been an honest mistake tho but maybe not??

Great food my family and I have been coming since I was a kid and I’m an adult now. Love love love jades I bring out of town family and friends here to spend money but I’ve noticed over the past few years they have become rude and I’m spending my money, then I notice they give you one hot mustard and a few soy sauces you ask for more hot mustard and it’s a problem, yearsss ago I don’t remember the service being like this I’ve been wanting to do a review but I’m like nah maybe they didn’t have a good day but now I don’t coke as much but when I do they are still rude so sadly but tonite will be my last night and I know they may not care, it’s just not okay to be rude like someone done somethin to them. They should get their customer...

I got here 15 to 10 minutes before they closed. Night is Friday the 13th and I first I thought I was going to have the worst luck ever, because my daughter ordered 8 to $9 over our budget and the ladies sweet ladies at Jade Palace still give us our food said to us to" it's okay thank you, and have a good night to me & my daughter".😘 They're sweet ladies.. We've always like this place to eat whenever we feel like eating out. I recommend Jade's Palace five stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐✨✨💯. I wish I didn't have to give this place even 1 star....I ordered over $80.00 worth of food from this place just yesterday.01-22-2020.. The fried rice was dry and tasteless..the rice was half done..and When i placed my order i made sure to tell the person that answered the phone "NO ONION".in either party tray....fried rice and Mongolian beef..... When i opened my order it was FULL of HUGE CHUNKS OF ONIONS...took me over 45 mins to pick them out of both dishes......if u like good food BUYER BE WARE..... My dogs tried to bury the food when i offered it to them.... What does that tell you....after all a dog will eat its...
