Unbelievable experience at the Oakland Airport location, very different from the downtown location where service and everything was super! This morning I encountered a cashier that clearly had a language barrier and as I tried to explain to her the order this came incorrect. However when I went to the counter to explain she was in the back area starring at me so I motioned with my hand for her to come hear me. She yells "I'm not a Dog!" I was shocked 😲 and I tried to explain what I meant by just wanting her to come closer since was the one who waited on me. I tried to apology if there was a misunderstanding but she just walked off at this point the manager we asked to just give our money back. I spent 40.00 est, the only receipt I got back was for 3.00 est. I will just dispute with the bank. This had become our favorite but after this experience won't spend money where I'm misunderstood or disrespected. Please work on your customer service and communication and Have a nice day. The picture is of the manager attempting to refund the money which took entirely too long with any...

Ate dinner here before a flight. The wait was around 25 minutes on a Thursday night. For my garlic noodles, everyone who ordered it received it at the same time, so my friends got their vermicelli bowls a good 15 minutes before I did. This was inconvenient.

The prices are criminally high, as are all airport meals. I went with the garlic noodles and added pork for around $25 (ouch).

The flavors were good on this, although everything was way too salty together. If I had plain vermicelli or some salad, eating it with the protein or even the garlic noodles themselves would've been fine. However, this was just a sodium bomb. Garlic noodles should be able to hold on their own and this needed white rice or something to go with it.

I couldn't finish it. The shiny, oily, salty bowl was shared with the rest of my friends as I was scared I'd...

I got a rice bowl with grilled tofu, they dont seem aware of gluten allergies/intolerance which is a bummer and makes eating anywhere at an airport difficult. My food was very good though and the grilled tofu actually had a lot of flavor. I give 3 stars because the rice bowl did not seem to come with all the toppings listed on the menu. And the “onions” are fried onions like you use for green bean casserole which are breaded/gluten. I picked them out even tho it was tedious and I looked foolish. Its not clear on the menu they come that way or i would have ordered my meal without them. I risked getting sick/stomach upset because I was so hungry. If you’re celiac avoid this place. I feel fine and the meal was hearty and tasty. I would eat there again now that i know...

I would say the menu is the most decent option at this airport. We walked down the other end and only say a tap room and were so limited. Chicken Pho - pretty decent flavor for airport pho, better than the pho in the airport in Seattle. Steak banh mi - meat was a little tough and didn't have that fresh char taste, bread was way too toasted. It hurt the roof of my mouth. The grab n go sandwich turkey and cheese sandwich was HORRIBLE. $15 for a dry crumbly bread. It looked fresh and good in the container, but the bread was so dry and fell apart all over the place. I do not recommend. Also we finished the soda, but it expired yesterday. Spent about $59+ tip total
