Wawa — Restaurant in Oaklyn

I ordered $16 in gas on my card. One attendant put my gas noozle in and the other took it out prematurely at $3.49. I'm out my $12.51. Because it hasn't gone back on my card and they also didn't give me my gas. The manager was a woman and she was also a liar. She should not manage a diaper change. She tried to make it out to be a problem with my card. The only problem with my card is that this wawa had it in their hands. She said it was my card because she saw Jason remove the noozle when it clicked. Instead of admitting that there is something wrong with the pump. Bare in mind she had already told me that It was suppose to be the only one working on that side but clearly it wasnt working either or theyre stealing peoples money from their cards. And as far as the young white man with the long hair named Jason he put the noozle in and started it. The gas pump stopped and the young black man with no name tag on removed it and hanged it back up prematurely. She said she saw jason remove the noozle which was a lie. Because the young black gas attendant removed my noozle pre maturely before it reached $16. Seems like a scam to me. Since this new wawa opened I have gone multiple times and still haven’t had a positive experience. I feel for the staff working there, I don’t think it’s on them and more how the wawa is run and designed. The lot is a nightmare, the store rarely fully stocked, and none of the deli/behind the counter ordering is accurate (they’re usually out of stock of stuff in the deli and have to change orders after they’re paid for).

Thankfully there are 10 other wawas to go to in the area, just avoid the stress of this one. Maybe give them another year to...
