I have to say, my first time here & I will never be back. Unfortunately, the staff is to thank for this. My friends and I came here for dinner last night, arriving around 10pm, the place was EMPTY. Like, there couldn’t have been more than 12 people around the bar/at tables. We waited 15 minutes at a table JUST TO BE GREETED & have our drink order taken. After being in this industry as long as I have, if you’re not able to greet your table in a non-stressful environment (meaning not busy in the slightest, slow as can possibly be) within 3 minutes, you should not be waiting tables. If it’s busy, that’s different. Everyone can understand when an establishment is busy, but when it’s dead, behavior like this is unacceptable. Caroline was our waitress last night. When she arrived after 15 minutes, she took our drink order, then after delivering our drinks, we were ready to order. We all had decided on a pasta dish, completely unaware we couldn’t order them (even though the fine print on the menu states “Dishes Available Daily”). My friend told Caroline what he wanted, and she then informed us they were only doing fried food and sandwiches. Now, I can FULLY understand dropping portions of your menu after a certain time. But, what I CAN’T understand is why you’d still hand a full menu out without your servers informing their tables of those limitations. Had she told us upon ordering our drinks, I would not be as unsatisfied as I am now. We then had to look over the menu again, since the 4 of us had to completely change our orders. Another 15 minutes went by and I was still undecided and had questions. I wanted the crab & spinach dip so I asked if I could order it. Caroline stood there and pondered this and then decided herself that the kitchen would not make this. So my question to her was, “Why?”. She proceeded to tell us it was because they’re only doing fried food and sandwiches. I asked why again adding “these things are on the menu; I don’t understand why I can’t order them” while also attempting to express other concerns/frustrations only to be interrupted. I asked Caroline not to interrupt me while I was speaking, 1. because that’s just rude & 2. because she needed to understand why I was frustrated. She claimed I was rude, when again, all I did was ask why all of this was. After this, I asked for a manager only to be told there wasn’t one there. What kind of restaurant/bar doesn’t have a manager in at all times? Caroline didn’t like that I was frustrated, she said “Do you want to stay or do you want to go?” and again, as I’m trying to express my full frustrations with her, since no manager was around, she rudely interrupted me saying “do you want to order”. After all of this; we received our appetizers that we initially ordered. Everything was fine food wise, but as we were eating, Caroline essentially tossed our check on the table and told us to get anything else we need from the bar. I’ve been in the service industry for 10 years, all of this is NOT how you handle a situation like this. It was extremely unprofessional of her and I don’t think I’ll ever be back to this establishment, solely because of her attitude & lack of...
Read moreETA: If you leave a poor review, don't bother calling when management replies to your review. A woman claiming to be the owner was very nasty and rude. Her only issue was that I mentioned our server by name, and said server happens to be her daughter. Out of respect for the server, I am editing out her name. But she happily told me that she speaks like that to every person who leaves a low review. When told I was recording, the owner said "go ahead, I'll keep going".
The owner's daughter was our server and I don't know why I'm even writing a review because management seems to not care. (Update: Yeah, they don't care and are very nasty.)
I got the wrong salmon dish despite reading off the one I wanted. My uncle's meal was undercooked. My mother in law's was overcooked, my daughter got 17 wings instead of 20. I had to go to the bar to get refills (that we were never told weren't free) because the owner's daughter hardly ever came by despite it not being busy, but boy oh boy she sure was quick to come over if she saw me talking to her manager. Beyond that, she didn't even let me speak to the manager without jumping in.
I'm always willing to put up with a lot, I'm a server myself and if the owner's daughter had been even a little more attentive she would have easily gotten a $60 tip. Instead, we will never go there again. I'd just come off an eight hour shift that was very busy, and wanted a relaxing dinner. Instead it was two hours of irritation, abysmal service, and honestly no redeeming qualities about our server. Owner's daughter, if you read this, give as much attention to your tables as you do to whether someone is complaining about you to the manager and you'll:
Have no reason to worry about someone having a valid complaint. Turn your tables over faster, meaning more money for you. Most of our time was spent watching you walk right past us, be nowhere in sight, and in general just waiting on you.
Owner: I hope telling me to never come back when I already said we'd never set foot in there again gave you some sense of satisfaction. Thanks for...

Our Senior’s Club had a senior’s luncheon banquet in the event banquet room which is held in the old pub like bar restaurant behind the new addition.
The new section is a combination of mixed wood and industrial black. The lighting is warm and soothing. Lots of TVs. I must say The overall experience and food this time, was very good.
I was a bit apprehensive, having eaten there for the first time on April 18 with my friend. We went there seeking comfort food after my pup of 15 years had passed. We were not happy with the food or service on that day. I should have ordered chicken fingers and poppers.
However, this time things were a lot better. Well, I thought since we are in a group and we prepaid and preordered months ago, let’s see how things really are right now. Ladies and gentlemen let me tell you. We were pleasantly pleased to say the least.
Our waiter was so accommodating, cheerful, friendly and happily attended to our every need, a very sweet man. He could have used another runner or two to help him out but that’s my thought.
The food was very fresh and cooked perfectly. I had the largest, tastiest salmon steak I had ever eaten . Side order of Green beans and garlic they were crisp and delicious, Roasted potatoes were yummy, there were toasted and rolls and butter. There were pitchers of soda. The salad was mixed greens. Dressing was good. The desert was limoncello cake moist and flavorful.
There was about 30 of us in the room. Each person had ordered something different. Whether it was salmon, chicken parmigiana, flounder, shrimp and spaghetti or steak filet everyone I spoke to at my table loved their food. I would go there again.
The only thing guys please make sure the larger ladies room is in working order and cleaned, it’s never a good reflection on an establishment if the rest room are not functioning and clean. Attention to details is very important.
All in all we all had a wonderful experience....
