Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Oakville

Do not order from this Dominos. This Dominos has Christi Little as the District Manager, of nine stores, and Vicky Morgan as the General Manager. Vicky Morgan does not care about your service, she wants all the customers that she can get but will not do anything to help you when you have been wronged. A customer ordered on June 8th through a phone call, Blake Franken took this phone call and it was supposed to be a delivery. After the customer had finished their order and gave their credit card information Blake changed their order to carryout, changed the name to Dominos employees, changed the phone number to the store number, then tried to cover that up by saying they were drunk and asked him to. The customers were given free food, the food that had been sitting there for hours. Blake is still employed. One day, I am sorry but I don't have the date, an employee was assaulted outside of the store. After they came into the store to wait for the police and have safety. As this employee was waiting, Christi Little called the store, asked why said employee was in the office out of uniform, asked why the manager on shift was talking to the police instead of making the orders on the screen, and said that it was just some jack*ss beating their significant other. Last November two employees signed raises for .30 cents. After a few months the raises were not on there, they brought it up and Christi Little and Vicky Morgan lied to both of them, and the raises are still not on there. Christi Little sent an email saying that the raises would be on their paychecks January 15th. Instead of helping them and fixing the problem the employees had, they lied again. Vicky Morgan and Christi Little can not run a store, treat their employees correctly, or their customers. Another experience with Christi Little. There was an employee for our Desoto location that was bullied by two other employees, I am not sure of how far the bullying went, but I do know they made the employee hit himself, as well as other things, when Christi found out about this she said she wouldn't have fired the two employees if they hadn't lied to her about it. Zero Likely to Recommend to a Friend: I ordered online, which was very convenient for me. It was for my daughter's birthday party today. I was able to pick it up on the way to the party venue. The Domino's tracker said that the pizza was ready, so we headed out to pick it up. As I entered the store, I mentioned I was there for a pick up. The lady stated matterfactly, "You just have to wait a bit until I am finished here." She didn't even look in my direction and proceeded to put toppings on a couple of pizzas. She ignored the fact that I was standing there and continued what she was doing. After a few minutes, I mentioned that I had already paid online and just needed to pick it up. Then she yelled, "I am not going to stop what I am doing just so I could hand you your boxes of pizza. You are sooo rude!" I was very astonished as I was not being rude at all. I just wanted to pick up my order. There were no other customers in the store. I will not be ordering from Dominos any more, at least not from this store on Telegraph Road. So, I wanted to order from St. Louis Pizza and Wings, but my son suggested Domino's so I agreed. What a disappointment. We ordered the two large, two topping special. The order arrived quickly, but that may be part of the problem. Apparently, they rushed so much to get the order out the door that they forgot half of the toppings. I ordered double sausage and my son ordered double bacon. My son's pizza had only a few pieces of bacon visible. He said he expected there would be some more bacon under the cheese. There was very little. Several of my pieces had only a couple of pieces of sausage. All in all, it was basically a one topping pizza for the price of a two topping. And the sausage was dry and on the hard size. The only good thing about it was the thin, flaky crust. I always order double sausage, from any pizza place, and I have never gotten so little sausage. Pretty much a rip-off. I will be sticking with the competitor...
