Clearly, other people had a different experience than I did. Maybe my experience would have been better had I only ordered drinks.

First, there was a sign outside (by the patio) telling customers to come inside to request seating. So we go inside. We waited by the entrance for nearly 5 minutes - with 2 employees having seen us and ignored us - before we decided to seat ourselves.

There were 2 or 3 waitresses but our waitress seemed overloaded and she handled that by providing poor, rushed service to us. She was unapologetically impatient while taking our orders. When she came back to check on us, she didn't want to stop walking by. She would say "Everything ok?" in passing, not waiting for us to respond. This is a huge pet peeve of mine. A suggestion to her: even when you're busy, treat each table as if they're your only one. Come to a full stop when interacting with them, look them in the eyes, listen attently, and smile.

The food: the Caesar salad was terrible. The dressing didn't taste exactly like Caesar. It tasted like it had mustard in it. The toasted raviolis were good, better than other places, and I really liked their marinara sauce. Their pretzel bites were really good. Food prices were...

My family of five went for a couple drinks, apps and dinner on a warm evening so we could sit on the patio. Two of us have been one other time on a Monday night and didn’t have the best experience as the service was very slow especially considering there were maybe four tables throughout the whole restaurant (inside & out) We decided to give it another shot recently. The speakers were BLARING 24/7. Hard to have a conversation when outside on the patio. There were kids running & screaming & bumping into customers chairs the entire time. While I understand it’s a parents job to control their kids, I was shocked something wasn’t said to the parents since kids were running and screaming throughout the entire evening. The service was all around horrible. Our server would disappear for long periods of time. Our food took over an hour. Then when the food came out, the server forgot to add one of the meals on. So we had to wait another 15-20 mins for the last persons meal and at that point, everyone else was finished and the persons chicken sandwich was burnt.

Food is decent but seems to take quite a long time. We ordered simple wraps/sandwiches. There were 2 other tables with people so, not busy at all. It’s been a long time since I waited that long for my food anywhere. I was a little put off by the petition right as you walk in the door to oust Sam Page from office.. I am guessing due to all the masking issues which I assume they don’t like since no one wears them in this establishment. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and in all honesty I really don’t carry either way, but it just didn’t sit well with me. All I would say is keep in mind you are getting business from people on both sides of the fence on this issue. It’s not wise to throw your opinions at people as they walk in the door. The world is so divided as it is, why feed the fire? Service could be better too. ...
